Hello everyone.

Let's see how to prepare Italian cornmeal mush (Polenta).

Add salt in tepid water.

Add maize flour and stir.

Bring to a boil.

At this stage, cook over low heat and stir continuously for about 30 minutes.

Here is our Polenta.

You can slice it and eat it right away...

...or leave it to cool and fry/grill it.

You can serve polenta with vegan bolognese sauce...

...or season it as you like.
