hello hello my karma babies how are you tonight I'm doing great I had a

beautiful wonderful day today it was kind of cloudy all day and drizzled off

and on you know I had told you guys that I wanted to go and get out in the yard

and I didn't get an opportunity to do that but perhaps tomorrow I'll do a

little bit at a time I'm not gonna try to do everything at one time

I'm gonna do a little bit at a time until I have an yard looking nice now

babies let me show you what we're having tonight I'm having spicy braised oxtails

with rice and we didn't make the entire meals with the spicy ox tails only

because you know grandpa Harmon didn't want his spicy and I've actually never

had mine with spice on him I used I don't know if you can see it but I put a

little chili pepper chili powder on top of here I can smell the spices from this

guy's and from the spices that I have I have some beautiful sport peppers you

guys know that I like sport peppers I used to eat the ball all the time I got

a little juice here from the sport peppers I like that okay I have a damp

cloth here not cloth but paper towel because I know I'm gonna have to use my

fingers and I have a little Louisiana Hot Sauce here I have it in here because

I have a big container of it and I didn't want to bring that entire thing

here so I'm hoping that is not too hot that I can't eat it and guys

I have some rice so I'm gonna attempt to eat a little bit of my rice no it's not

gonna work because it's not you know the best kind of the best rice to have it's

the sticky rice so but I'll get a bite these are called monkey sticks and I got

them from one of the karma babies Tara power

thanks Tara and I hope all is going well with you and your family so I'm gonna

use my fingers and I'm going to use also my spoon let's taste look at this is how

let me see if I can get it even closer a picture of a ham hock for you okay let

me see here guys it's got rice on it I'm sorry I'll try to take it off so you can

kind of see what it looks like I'm gonna show you a picture of them cooking in

the pot but they're just kind of like this beef it's surrounded by a big

bounine in the middle and kind of gelatinous so they thicken up and they

make kind of a sauce almost like like neck bones almost like neck bones so I

tell you what we're going to do

so like I said I'm gonna use my hands and I'm gonna hope it's not gonna be too

spicy for me but uh and I'll show you another but you really have to kind of

pick up some foods with your hands mmm that is so good

mmm a little spice

guys I'm hungry

there's sort of like marble right around up in here and most folks take it and

take it off because it's very tasty I can't explain to you guys

you'd have to taste a cocktail it's like explaining chitlins to somebody how do

you explain that some foods you just can't compare it to something else

because it's one-of-a-kind you know so see the oxtail like I said I

got rice on it but it has some fat around there yes

no guys let me tell you how we came about this meal it's too hard for me to

resist I'm telling you some meals I cannot resist grandpa decided oh and I'm

gonna get really really good news that I'm gonna share with you guys so don't

let me forget I'm gonna share that with you got spicy that's amazing so we'll be

talking about I completely forget what we're talking about

hmm okay hmm I got played up there the paper plate they put my phones in hey

this delicious Oh grandpa didn't decided he was gonna

go to store today by himself

grandpa's feeling so much better but grandpa decided all sport peppers I

love them mm-hmm I can't remember the last time I've had ox tails I just

cannot even remember it's not a dish that we eat often the grandpa decided he

wanted to go to the store cuz he said when a girl is Dora I always come back

with way more than what I went to store to get so he was gonna go and look what

he brought back but I know he had been wanting some some of some of these the

small ones he liked the small ones not the big ones

and that's why they're small I don't like the big ones either you know so

braised oxtails I didn't do a recipe guys that's really really simple you can

braise them on the stove bad

all right boom I had to be careful I didn't swallow that I was just so

delicious you know you can just kind of brown them on both sides if you like but

we're gonna also cook them down and salt and pepper you don't have to put

anything else in there unless you want something different

they're delicious guys D delicious mmm I'm glad I'm tasting these again because

I haven't had them in so long

so of course when we put them in the pot and they start cooking

I couldn't resist them hmm I want to share them with you guys have

you ever had oxtail eating oxtail - slacking in neck bones that's the bowl

after so good this was a little tiny one

to me just following around the bone and it's delicious

again guys I think I forgot to fit a thumbnail but anyway let me tell you

something guys just before I sat down and do this video I was changing a wash

and I had to take a picture of it to show you guys because how many times has

this happened to you you put your clothes in the washer and there's a

piece of paper towel attached to some piece of piece of clothing and it gets

washed in the wash cycle and then you have a thousand and one little pieces of

a paper towel guys by the time I thought to share this with you

I had already cleaned out their washer but here's the dryer now have you ever

washed tissue napkins with your wash isn't this the pits

oh look paper towels everywhere oh it gets all in there

in the dryer and the wiser so you got to clean that out and then when you're

taking it out then they start flying all over and oh my goodness

sometimes you can't catch them but guys I wanted to share it with you guys

also some happy happy news some happy news it's just good happy news and I

wasn't going to share it until I had everything you know like in place but

grandpa karma and I appear in the latest Facebook commercial yes yes yes oh isn't

it exciting news guys tell me how do these things happen you know the Food

Network and now Facebook do you Tommy said you know we should be playing the

lottery because sometime maybe once I get the link to the commercial then I'll

talk a little more about it but hopefully you'll see it my

brother-in-law brought it to our attention he called us and he was like I

just saw you guys on a Facebook commercial his wife had been watching a

movie or something and she saw us on the commercial so she

was able to snap a picture up there you know up what was used so we know you

know exactly we knew anyway kind of and I'll talk

about it later but just want to share that with you because I'm also one of

the karma when of your karma brothers or sisters one of the karma babies

mentioned that they saw us on a Facebook commercial they said it was just a

little snippet and we knew that they said but it was Grandma and Grandpa

karma so that's very very exciting guys

very exciting

so I really wanted to share that with you guys it's like how these beautiful

and wonderful things happen for vampire night and we know it's all all the glory

goes to God we know that we know because some of the things are almost like one

out of a million it's not us you know

just apples for us because God is an amazing God hmm it's just meal get you

so oxtails good to some oxtail just one time like I said I don't even remember

last time I had any and I won't have anymore for a long long time but hey

that's what life's about right you enjoy what you enjoy you know

maybe one day I want this particular meal or I want that particular meal and

I'm just going to you know keep on working on enjoying my meals with you

guys because that's what it's all about

The 2019 GMC Sierra AT4 coalesces off-road hardware into a modern, thoroughly updated

tailgate, the 2019 Sierra AT4 is a direct kill from all the regions of the prow -- or

Tundra .

Revealed tonight in New York City, ahead of this week's New York International Auto Show,

the truck may seem to be in a strange place.

Big Apple, a rugged truck like the Sierra AT4 could be the perfect vehicle for either

off-road outings or an especially bumpy commute .

Riding two inches higher than high standards 2019 Sierra, the AT4 comes with standard boasts

like all-wheel-drive with a two-speed transportation occurrence, locking rear differential, Rancho

monotube shock absorbers specially designed for off-roading, along with skid platefuls

and 18- or 20 -inch composite rotates fitted with all-terrain tires or optional, mud-loving

Goodyear Wrangler Duratecs .

Hill descent control and GMC's Traction Select system are also standard.

The latter of these two tells the move have been selected to preset drive modes, suitable

for various types of terrain and weather conditions.

Arsene Wenger finally reveals why he always substitutes Alexandre Lacazette ● News Now ● #AFC - Duration: 2:26.

The Gunners boss is notorious for waiting until the final 20 minutes to make any changes

- it is a trait that often frustrates the Arsenal fanbase.

But the Frenchman has now spoken of the science behind the decisions he takes while watching

a match progress from his technical area.

Speaking to the Arsenal magazine, Wenger said: "We know the players' physical qualities

and who we expect to drop in the second half or not.

Nobody's tired enough at half time to be substituted for that, but in the second half

you'll see that sometimes this player will drop in the last 20 minutes.

"We have a fatigue factor coming in at different levels for everybody and we know the players

who drop more in the second half than others.

Some remain completely consistent and some even push upwards in the second half.

Wenger has been criticised by fans this season for consistently taking off Alexandre Lacazette

midway through the second half of games.

But having completed the full 90 minutes on his league debut against Leicester on the

opening day of the Premier League season,

he had to wait until the 3-3 draw against Liverpool on December 22 to do so again.

The Arsenal boss said: "I must say that Lacazette plays in a position where you sub

more than say a defender,"

Wenger added.

"You substitute a striker more than you would a defender, because they always have to provoke,

to defend, to attack, you have to create holes in the defences.

The strikers are more subbed than others.

"Secondly, he was in an adaptation period where I felt that, without any objective measurement,

that sometimes he struggled a bit more in the second part of the game, especially in

the last 20 minutes, to create the movement he can.

"I put that down to an adaptation period.

It was not so much physically - that did not drop so much - it just looked like he was

a bit less sharp."

F1 news: Max Verstappen trick, Lewis Hamilton frustration, Fernando Alonso warning Fernando Alonso thought Max Verstappen was trying to play a trick on him during the Australian Grand Prix on Sunday when he waved him through.

Verstappen appeared to have overtaken Alonso during the virtual safety car period in a legal manner, taking the home straight at the required speed but reaching Turn One before the Spaniard who was exiting the pits. The Dutch driver continued ahead of Alonso until his team realised that the McLaren had in fact left the pits marginally ahead of Verstappen.

Red Bull contacted race director Charlie Whiting to check what they could do to avoid an illegal overtake penalty, and while the race was still neutralised under the VSC, it was agreed that Verstappen should allow Alonso back through.

  But when the two-time world champion saw the Dutchman frantically waving him through, Alonso was not sure who to trust. "I saw that Max waved and wanted to let me pass," Alonso said. "But I thought that was maybe a trick and did not want to drive by. "I wanted it confirmed three times that I'm really allowed to drive by. "Max is especially very aggressive in overtaking manoeuvres.

Fernando Alonso is confident that McLaren's days in the wilderness are over after he finished fifth at the Australian Grand Prix.The result equals the two-time world champion's best-ever result since rejoining the team at the beginning of the 2015 season.
