Today I´m going to show you how to make a delicious OREO truffles

It will be awesome if someone was giving me something like this on Valentine´s

so if you have someone special in your life, this is the perfect and easiest gift you can find

I´m completely sure that they´re gonna love them

So.. if you want to see how we are going to cook them, just keep watching.

Our ingredients are: Sprinkles

cream cheese

white chocolate to melt

and OREO´S

To start you need to place 36 Oreos in a food processor (entire cookie, don't remove cream filling) and pulse too fine crumbs.

if you don't own a food processor you can place Oreos in a large resealable bag, seal bag and crush with a rolling pin until finely crushed.

Then, put crushed Oreos into a bowl of a stand mixer with cream cheese and mix on low speed until well combined

If you want to, you can use a normal mixing bowl and a spoon to mix together or with your hands.

Now, you need to set a long sheet of wax paper over a cookie sheet.

Scoop mixture out about 1 Tbsp at a time and form into 1 inch balls or hearts with this cutter, then align on prepared cookie sheet.

Place truffles in freezer for 15 minutes.

Remove truffles from freezer and dip in melted chocolate

Use a spoon to pour some chocolate over the top then lift and allow excess chocolate to run off

Return to baking sheet, immediately sprinkle tops

Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
