La Consejera de Transportes, Vivienda e Infraestructuras de la Comunidad de Madrid, Rosalía Gonzalo, ha sido entrevistada por Periodista Digital tras la huelga del taxi,

Se trata de la primera entrevista que la Consejera ha concedido, tras la vuelta a la normalidad en la que los taxistas "secuestraron" la ciudad durante un mes.
Gonzalo es consciente de lo que ha pasado entre el mes de enero e inicios de febrero de 2019 respecto al conflicto del taxi y lo que le espera al PP en las próximas elecciones generales,
"Salimos a ganar, el PP es un partido ganador", señalaba la Consejera. autonómicas y municipales.
Pregunta ¿Cómo ha vivido el Gobierno Regional el conflicto con el sector del taxi? Respuesta Se puede caracterizar, con responsabilidad y con preocupación.
Con responsabilidad porque teníamos que dar solución a un problema que había generado el Ministro, José Luis Ábalos,
y con preocupación porque estábamos viendo que el sector del taxi, tal y como se estaba presentando ante los ciudadanos y la opinión púbica no se correspondía a lo que es la familia del taxi.
Yo tengo un buen concepto del sector pero esos altercados de órden público, no favorecen a nadie y mucho menos a ellos.
P ;¿Cree que los taxistas han perdido a la ciudadanía? R; Creo que los taxistas tienen que recuperar la confianza de los ciudadanos.
No creo que hayan perdido a la ciudadanía, porque somos muchos los que todavía confiamos en ellos, es un servicio público que durante años lo ha prestado y queremos que sigan estando.
Nosotros como Gobierno les vamos a apoyar, con propuestas que les ayuden.
Ellos están en un momento en el que tienen que reflexionar sobre lo que les ha pasado, pero sobre todo los dirigentes de su sector, sus asociados.
P ;¿Nuevo reglamento, nueva normativa? R; Es un reglamento que ellos mismos han realizado durante meses, no de la administración a espaldas del sector.

P; En Barcelona, los VTC se han marchado, el gobierno municipal de Colau los ha expulsado de la ciudad condal. ¿Ocurrirá lo mismo en la Comunidad de Madrid? R; Rotundamente no.
Nosotros no vamos a legislar bajo ningún concepto en contra de una parte del sector, en este caso de las VTC,
y no vamos hacer ninguna modificación legislativa y por lo tanto nunca vamos a permitir que se produzca la misma situación de Cataluña.
Somos un gobierno serio, responsable y sólido que apuesta por las VTC y no por su desaparición.
P; Los taxistas desconvocaron la huelga, la ciudad ha vuelto a la normalidad.
¿Clara victoria del Partido Popular? R ;Yo no lo voy a plantear como una victoria, lo que tenemos que hacer ahora es realizar propuestas que a ellos les ayuden,
para que sigan siendo servicio público pero de forma competitiva con otra parte del sector que son las VTC. No hablo de victoria porque no ha sido una guerra.
Ha sido una circustancia debido a un mal decreto formulado por Ábalos, y esas consecuencias tan negativas, lo han pagado los taxistas.
P ;La contaminación sigue aumentando en Madrid pese a las restricciones del gobierno municipal. SOBRE MADRID CENTRAL...
¿Qué percepción tiene el gobierno regional con Madrid Central? R; Es un proyecto mal ideado, mal planificado y mal ejecutado.
No se puede trabajar en ninguna administración independientemente de las siglas políticas, de forma unilateral y sin ningún tipo de rigor técnico.
Nosotros lo hemos denunciado, y esperemos que en las elecciones municipales, Carmena sea pasado, y que el gobierno de Podemos del Ayuntamiento de Madrid haya sido una etapa de la que queremos olvidar.

P ;¿Madrid Central afecta a los municipios de la región? R; Madrid Central no es un proyecto del distrito Centro,

de Alcobendas, de Parla y de otros municipios no pueden acceder al centro, y eso perjudica directamente a los comerciantes.

¿Saldrá adelante este proyecto? R ;La Operación Chamartín denominada 'Castellana Norte' va a dar un impulso urbanístico de desarrollo económico en la Comunidad de Madrid y es importante que salga adelante,
pero ocurre lo que ha ocurrido durante cuatro años.
Manuela Carmena es la alcaldesa pero no tiene control absoluto de su grupo y este proyecto verá o no la posiblidad de salir adelante dependiendo de la autoridad que ella tenga y ejerza sobre Podemos.
Es evidente que Podemos, por una cuestión de sectarismo ideológico no van aceptar una medida en esa línea.
Creo que Carmena va a perder una oportunidad de imponerse a los que han sido sus apoyos durante estos cuatro años.

nuestra ambición es que la Comunidad y la ciudad de Madrid no pasen nunca más por un partido de izquierdas, que lo único que genera es un gran retraso en el desarrollo económico y social.

¿En que va focalizar el PP de Madrid para ganar las próximas elecciones? R; Nuestra candidata tiene las ideas muy claras y además ha tenido la suerte de estar en el gobierno siendo Viceconsejera,
le ha dado una gran perspectiva de conocer los impulsos de acción de gobierno.
Ella desde el primer momento ha apostado por la creación de empleo, el alquiler para los jóvenes, el fomento del transporte público, la educación concertada o la sanidad pública.
