Segundo o Correio da Manhã, o ex-presidente do BES foi o último a apresentar a contestação à falência culposa do BES e foca-se, sobretudo, na intervenção do Banco de Portugal (BdP) no BES no início de agosto de 2014

A defesa de Salgado quer mesmo que o processo de falência seja suspenso até o juiz ter informações dos tribunais administrativos de todos os processos contra o BdP a propósito da resolução no BES

Salgado quer que o magistrado peça também ao próprio supervisor seu o relatório sobre a atuação do BdP na aplicação da medida de resolução ao BES
