LIVERPOOL are stuck with Daniel Sturridge because "nobody's buying him".

That is according to former Reds defender Steve Nicol, who believes Sturridge's pay

packet at Anfield is putting off his potential suitors.

The 28-year-old striker is back at Liverpool after spending the second half of last season

on loan with West Brom.

Nicol told ESPN FC: "I've been saying for two years that Daniel Sturridge should

go.

"So no surprise, Daniel Sturridge should go.

But he isn't going anywhere by the way, no chance.

"The money he's on, nobody's buying him."

Liverpool are struggling to shift another striker on their books, Danny Ings.

Ings, 26, wants to leave the club in search of first-team football and Nicol hopes he

is allowed to move.

"Danny should go," he said.

"At the end of the day in my opinion, Danny's a good Premier League player.

Danny's not a top-four striker in the Premier League in my opinion.

"He won't play, so he needs to go as well."

Loris Karius is another player considering his future following the world-record capture

of goalkeeper Alisson from Roma.

Jurgen Klopp could be tempted to keep Karius as a No.2 but Nicol thinks the German should

be sold for his own good.

"You need a backup that you know can step between the pipes for a couple of games and

make some saves," he said.

"It can't be Karius because not only would the fans have his mistakes from last year

on their mind, he'll have them as well.

So Karius has to go for his own good."

Breaking Down Hip-Hop's Love For Patek Philippe | Genius News - Duration: 2:13.

TIA: Luxury watchmaker Patek Philippe gets a lot of shine in hip-hop.

Artists from Beyoncé to Migos have all name-dropped the brand.

Although Audemars Piguet, Hublots, and Rolexes get plenty of shout outs too,

2017 was definitely the year of Patek Philippe.

A third of the songs on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2017 included a Patek reference,

and the trend continues in 2018 with 13 songs charting so far.

TIA: Migos' 2018 Culture 2 references the high-end watch 28 times, with 24 references from Offset alone.

So, what's the hype?

Patek Philippe is a high-end Swiss watch manufacturer

known for its intricate designs and traditional craftsmanship.

Patek Philippe has been lacing royal family members for over a century,

but the watches are rare items—fewer than 1 million have been made since 1839.

It takes over a thousand watch school-trained employees to make one exclusive piece,

and only 50,000 are made each year.

On top of that, each of those watches can take anywhere from 9 months

to more than 2 years to make.

So, how much will a Patek cost you?

You'll have to cough up at least $5,000 for older, pre-owned models but the most expensive

Patek sold to-date was auctioned for $24 million dollars.

We spoke to the people over at Icebox in Atlanta, one of hip-hop's go-to spots for jewelry,

and got some insight on Patek Philippe's biggest styles and trends.

Patek Philippe beats out other brands like Audemars Piguet and Rolex as the most popular

luxury watch.

Plain, iced out, and two-tone Pateks are common among these watch-loving artists,

and the Nautilus seems to be the most popular model.

TIA: Hip-hop continues to be a trusted compass of the culture.

These Patek addicts don't hesitate to flex their latest obsession,

and we can count on their lyrics to know what they're on next.

Jeff Sessions Drops Bad News Bombshell On Liberal Trump-Haters - Duration: 11:59.

Jeff Sessions Drops Bad News Bombshell On Liberal Trump-Haters

Liberals are frantic as the Justice Department starts to enforce the law after eight years

of absence.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is offering the full support of the Department of Justice

to help the State of Texas defend themselves in court against sanctuary cities.

"After eight years of having the department of justice fighting us on issues like this,

for the first time we have a department of justice that's actually looking at the law

and stepping in to add credibility to our case," explained Texas Attorney General

Ken Paxton.

Senate Bill 4 was duly passed by the Texas Legislature and is scheduled to come into

effect on September 1st.

The bill blocks sanctuary cities in the state of Texas.

Attorney General Paxton explains that the bill was brought before a judge to ensure

it was in line with the Constitution before being passed into law.

However, liberal cities in Texas are suing the State government in an attempt to block

the bill and maintain their sanctuary city status.

The Supreme Court gutted a similar law in Arizona.

The Texas Legislature learned from the drawn-out legal battle in Arizona and made pre-emptive

changes to the law to prevent frivolous lawsuits.

Unlike the Arizona version, Texas officials are permitted, but not required, to ask about

immigration status.

Despite these attempts to limit legal action, Texas liberals have filed a lawsuit over the

new law.

Thankfully, the Trump administration has reached out to Texas lawmakers to add legitimacy to

their court case.

The Department of Justice is finally working on behalf of the law once again.

Ken Paxton accused the mainstream media of spreading a lot of false information about

the bill which has been taken up by city officials behind the lawsuit.

For example, cities complain that victims and witnesses will be targeted by the bill,

despite specific provisions protecting those working in cooperation with the police.

Common sense legislation is starting to make a comeback thanks to President Trump.

The Obama administration refused to work with states and actively undermined law and order

in the name of progressive policies.

Texas has a strong ally in the Department of Justice once again, as Attorney General

Jeff Sessions confirms his commitment to help restore law and order

in America.

Man Utd transfer news: Romelu Lukaku wants one signing but Red Devils not interested - Duration: 2:35.

Manchester United star Lukaku is set to play a key role this season as Jose Mourinho targets Premier League glory

The Belgium international, who signed from Everton a year ago, blitzed home 27 goals in all competitions as the Red Devils finished second in the league to Manchester City last term

Improvement, however, is now expected. And Lukaku, who has the unconditional backing of Mourinho, is set to be one of Manchester United's talismans this season

Transfermarketweb say the Belgium international would like his brother, Jordan, to join him at United

The 24-year-old is expected to leave Lazio this summer with Everton strongly tipped to snap him up

Jordan Lukaku is a left-back and Lukaku would supposedly be keen for him to head to Old Trafford

Transfermarketweb say, however, that United will not be swooping for Jordan. United are understood to be keen on Juventus' Alex Sandro - but a move to Manchester is unlikely

Mourinho is ready to give Luke Shaw one final shot at redemption after two years of struggling

And Ashley Young will take some dislodging, particularly after impressing at the World Cup with England earlier this summer

Other United targets include Willian, Toby Alderweireld and Harry Maguire. Meanwhile, Matteo Darmian is still keen to leave, saying: "I still want to leave, that what I want

"I want to play more regularly. Last season I didn't play much - that's my objective and my ambition

"That's why I spoke with the manager and also with the club about my future."
