Waching daily Jul 1 2018

That is the opinion of Arsenal cult hero and radio pundit Perry Groves. Wilshere is officially no longer a Gunners player after his contract expired at the end of June

Arsenal offered the 26-year-old a new deal but on reduced terms and with no promise of guaranteed football next season

So he decided to leave the club he has been at since he was seven years old.  Groves says Wilshere would not have fitted into the style of play new boss Emery plays

So he has praised the Spaniard for not selling Wilshere a lie over his playing time

"I think with Jack, his potential has gone because of his injuries," Groves said on talkSPORT

"That's why I like Unai Emery actually saying to Jack Wilshere 'look, you can stay, but you can't physically play the way I want my teams to play'

"He wants his teams to be high energy, closing down." Wilshere has been linked with a move to Turkish giants Fenerbahce in recent days

Liverpool transfer news: Xherdan Shaqiri one of two players on Jurgen Klopp target list - Duration: 2:31.

Liverpool boss Klopp has been tipped to move for Shaqiri, who looks destined to leave Stoke this summer

The Switzerland star is currently on international duty at the World Cup and is expected to feature when they face Sweden in the last-16 on Tuesday afternoon (3pm)

Liverpool have been pursuing a deal for Nabil Fekir but that transfer collapsed amid concerns over the France international's ongoing knee problems

Shaqiri has emerged as a cheap alternative with the Stoke star available for just £12million

And the Liverpool Echo claim the former Basel forward is on a two-man wishlist. Liverpool know they need more attacking options if they are to reel in Manchester City next term

The Reds want a player capable of filling in should one of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino succumb to injury

Shaqiri was coy when quizzed on a Liverpool move last month, saying: "I can't tell you anything right now

I think my agents take care of my future. "I'm focusing on the national team right now

" Yet the Liverpool Echo say Klopp has added another player to his transfer wishlist

That is Gent star Moses Simon, who impressed at the World Cup in Russia.  The 22-year-old was unable to propel his country to the knockout stages, with Nigeria losing out to Argentina

But a Liverpool deal could be in the offing should Klopp choose to follow up his interest

However, Shaqiri and Simon are not the only players being linked. Liverpool remain tipped to sign Real Madrid's Marco Asensio amid uncertainty over the player's Bernabeu future

Fekir and Bayer Leverkusen's Julian Brandt have also been linked with moves to Merseyside

Stormy Daniels Lawyer Just Got Some Very Bad News - Duration: 11:35.

Stormy Daniels Lawyer Just Got Some Very Bad News

Michael Avenatti – the attorney for porn star Stormy Daniels – has been a constant

presence on CNN and MSNBC.

The left-wing attorney is popping up on friendly shows and constantly alleging forthcoming

bombshells that will finish Donald Trump.

But Avenatti's crusade against Trump may be over after some very bad news.

It turns out Avenatti may have some skeletons in his closet.

The Daily Caller has been digging into his business dealings and they have unearthed

some troubling allegations.

Their latest report alleged two companies controlled by Avenatti failed to payout a

$126,000 settlement to a victim of sex discrimination who claimed she was fired from her job for

being pregnant.

The Daily Caller reports:

"TWO COMPANIES CONTROLLED BY MICHAEL AVENATTI HAVE YET TO PAY THE OVER $126,000 OWED TO

A VICTIM OF SEX DISCRIMINATION CASE DESPITE ORDERS FROM A WASHINGTON STATE COURT, THE

VICTIM'S LAWYER TOLD THE DAILY CALLER NEWS FOUNDATION.

ELIZABETH ENO, A TOP-PERFORMING MANAGER AT TULLY'S COFFEE CHAIN, WAS FIRED IN JULY

2016 BECAUSE SHE WAS PREGNANT, THE COURT RULED LAST YEAR, AWARDING HER $120,000 FROM TULLY'S

TWO PARENT COMPANIES AT THE TIME: GLOBAL BARISTAS LLC AND GLOBAL BARISTAS US, LLC.

BUT ENO HAS YET TO SEE A SINGLE CENT FROM THE AWARD, HER ATTORNEY TOLD THEDCNF ON THURSDAY.

STATE RECORDS SHOW THAT GLOBAL BARISTAS US, LLC IS CONTROLLED BY THE SIMILARLY NAMED GLOBAL

BARISTAS LLC, WHICH IN TURN IS CONTROLLED BY AVENATTI, THE LAWYER FOR PORN STAR STORMY

DANIELS.

AVENATTI CLAIMED TO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE MONEY HIS COMPANIES APPARENTLY OWE ENO.

"I HAVE NO IDEA.

I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CASE," AVENATTI TOLD THEDCNF ON THURSDAY.

A JUDGE RULED A SUMMARY ORDER AGAINST THE TWO COMPANIES IN OCTOBER 2017 TO PAY ENO $120,585

FOR WAGE LOSSES, EXPECTATION DAMAGES, AND PAIN AND SUFFERING RELATED TO HER WRONGFUL

TERMINATION.

AVENATTI'S COMPANIES DIDN'T EVEN SEND AN ATTORNEY TO COURT.

ON FEBRUARY 8TH, ENO'S ATTORNEY WAS GRANTED AN AFFIDAVIT TO GARNISH THE SETTLEMENT FROM

THE TWO COMPANIES'S BANK ACCOUNTS IN KEYBANK BECAUSE THE COMPANIES HAD YET PAY OUT ANY

OF THE JUDGEMENT MONEY TO ENO.

BECAUSE OF INTEREST AND VARIOUS FILING FEES, ENO'S JUDGEMENT INCREASED TO $126,540.17.

KEYBANK ANSWERED THE WRIT OF GARNISHMENT A WEEK LATER ON FEBRUARY 15.

THE BANK REPORTED NO PROPERTY OR EFFECTS FROM AVENATTI'S COMPANIES, WRITING "N/A,"

COURT DOCUMENTS SHOW."

Avenatti's constant appearances on CNN – he appeared twice as often as Donald Trump did

at the height of the GOP primary campaign – has invited no scrutiny from so-called

"mainstream" media outlets.

Liberal media outlets like CNN and MSNBC don't want to dig into Avenatti's past because

he is feeding the fever dreams of network reporters and their audience that Donald Trump

committed multiple acts of wrongdoing and may even be a criminal.

The Daily Caller has picked up the slack and is performing journalism at a time when so-called

"mainstream" media outlets are indistinguishable from the "resistance."
