25 years ago...

A new way of growing watermelons revolutionised the Spanish and European markets.

The first Bouquet seedless watermelon was born.

Today, 25 years on…

Producers from our cooperatives and member companies

and Anecoop staff from all of our subsidiaries and offices joined in the 25th Anniversary celebrations.

These celebrations were a fitting tribute to:

1. This fruit which has given us so much.

2. Our pioneering farmers.

3. The first cooperatives that got involved in this innovative project.

4. The cooperative that markets the largest volume every year.

5. All the cooperatives who work hard to market Bouquet watermelons every year.

And to Paco Borrás, for his enthusiasm and vision in launching and consolidating this project.

To all of them and to everybody else,

customers, consumers and the media,

who have contributed to making our Bouquet seedless watermelon

the leader in the European market that it is today.

Thank you to all of you and here's to the next 25 years.
