Add your video

Add a rectangle from the shapes available in the left panel

Adjust its position to the shape of a horizontal line

Make sure you're using a rectangle without an outline

In 'Properties window' - 'Brush' click the advanced settings button to open the palette

Choose a required color

In the left panel click the text icon and select 'Text'

Enter your text

In 'View' tab activate 'Zoom tools'

Using the scale reduce the scene size

Adjust the text object size so that it looks smaller than the video

Click the text object on the timeline to enter it

Click 'Add movement'

Indicate the news tick direction

Chelsea Transfer News: Diego Costa Atletico Madrid talks ongoing, £30m deal close - report

Costa has been in a stand-off with Chelsea ever since he was told by Antonio Conte via text message he wasn't in his long-term plans.

The 28-year-old, who has been training in Brazil, has yet to return to the club's Cobham base to clear out his locker.

The Blues have been reluctant to lower their asking price for the Spaniard, who was instrumental in their Premier League success last season.

A return to Atletico has been on the cards, although the La Liga outfit are currently banned from buying players as they are under a transfer embargo until January. But according to the Daily Mirror, Chelsea appear to have softened their stance.

The Mirror indicates the west London outfit are locked in talks with Atletico and they are close to agreeing a transfer for the striker and could let him leave for £30million.

Atletico star Koke recently admitted he would welcome Costa with open arms were he to return to the Spanish capital.

He said: "We all want Diego [Costa] to come, but the situation is complicated.

"If Diego comes, he will help us and he already knows a lot of us at the club so for us it would be very exciting.

Costa meanwhile, has also found himself linked with a loan move to Everton, and Ronald Koeman is refusing to rule out a late deal.

He said: "I dont know [about Costa]. We are looking at players who are available and if we sign somebody, it is somebody who makes the team better.

I dont speak about names, about players. It is the media who is talking about Costa or other players. "But we are looking and we do our job and hopefully, we will arrange it [a striker to arrive] for next week.
