it wasn´t only one day

I took the oportunity because the tide removed a lot of sand!

5 DISADVANTAGES OF LIVING IN SWITZERLAND - or living abroad in general - Duration: 5:20.

Hi, all right out there? Here is the Luara but you can call me Lubz to be

easier. So let's talk about Switzerland? Today let's talk about five disadvantages of living in

Switzerland and perhaps almost general to live in some other country that isn't yours. I'll do another video about

the advantages and just to make it clear, I am not complaining about anything, just wanting you

see that not everything is perfect. And that It is my opinion and experience on the

subject matter. First negative point, the language. Now you're thinking is obvious right?

But then, let me explain. Like I said in my video 5 Things You

You need to know about Switzerland that's there in the little i, here we have four official languages,

and 1 that is not much used. So Switzerland practically is divided into 3 parts and each

part speaks one of the languages. So if you are a person who likes to keep changing

back and forth within the country, you, certainly will have this difficulty

here. For Portuguese speaking people I I say that the Italian side would be the easiest option

but do not forget that there they talk a dialect, making it difficult too. And being very sincere,

a lot of people do not speak any of the region languages, and is always depending on someone

to help in language issue. Second negative point, the missing. Missing the

family and friends who were in the origin country. There are 11-hour flight to Zurich till

São Paulo, meaning it is not only get a bus that you are already there... Have to

plan everything, vacation, money and everything. Nowadays still have whatsapp and facebook

what made a lot easier and cheaper to communicate, but be assured that

is not the same thing. And when we know, that is not only a jump from here to there,

heart tightens ... Third negative, the preconception. Yes here we have preconception, as

anywhere in the world! Does not matter where we go, for us Brazilians,

We have that image of football, carnival and slums. For women is not cool the most of times

I remember when got here and people asked me my nationality

and I said I was Brazilian, if were a guy, in the vast majority looked like

"won the night", and began to have a different conversation and everything. Oh really,

It was very annoying. But aren't all like this, ok? But let's say there were many. Not only that,

It has other things too, but they are for foreign in general, as skin color, sex,

religion and so on. But also It has a lot of Preconception for being from country x or

y, which Brazil is not included. But Switzerland is a country with many foreigners,

I even risk to say that has more foreign than real Swiss here. So is

ok if compared to some other countries. Fourth negative, the food. I'm honest

to say that I like the Swiss cuisine, but there is a lot of people that does not like this kind of food.

The Swiss food has a lot of potato and cheese in my opinion. I by the way

love it. Beef is expensive here, so most of the time you get the

chicken and pork meat. They like sauces, different kinds of sauces, which I also

love! Rice, beans and that steak ... by Here, is complicated? Depending on the beans

you want, it is even difficult to find. Fifth and final negative point of this list,

apartments. For those who like a house, to have a big room, yard with garden and plant

your things, then complicates huh? If you are rich, there is nothing complicated,

but if you are not, get a house just for you is very expensive! Here are those

Mehrfamilienhaus, which would be a house divided in more than one family or residents, but each

having their things, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and separate living room. Just what is shared

is the laundry room, which I explained in another video. And if you have courtyard, the courtyard as well.

Otherwise, even if you live in a ground floor apartment, Maybe you do not have a yard or

that is shared too! Meaning, you can not go plant whatever you want.

There is another option that you can rent a garden, which would be a piece of land to

plant your things, that many think is the Swiss slum. People

think they are slums because there are simple houses staying in the garden, all garden

or most at least have to have a little house of these, which is where you will store things of

your garden or a lot of people that do grill in own garden if it has space and

everything. And there is all saved. And are usually simple wooden houses, as well

but as far as I know no one live in them. Here most of the buildings do not

have those ballrooms, pool and those kind of things. I hope you enjoyed
