what oh no wait a minute these are my degree certificates welcome back to the

channel guys over the Christmas period there was one video that I made ages ago

where I was commenting on what work a celebrity might or might not have had

done and why they look in a certain way that just went pretty crazy so in a very

short space of time it got nearly half a million views and

of course what comes with nearly half a million views is a bunch of trolls and

they were saying all the usual trolly stuff like you can't be commenting

because you know you're exactly an oil painting except I don't think they were

quite as verbally advanced as that which is cool because I guess if you make a

house on the internet then people are going to throw stones at it don't know

quite what that analogy is but there we are but the one thing that really

annoyed me about the whole experience was them questioning my professional

qualifications and my professional integrity so I wasn't making these

videos because I wanted to tear anybody down or say they look bad the whole

point of it was to show people at home what procedures celebrities have done in

order to make them look like that I'm not saying they look bad I'm saying they

look good and trying to explain why they look good the other thing actually that

annoyed me was when they were talking about the way that I dressed and how

that I looked like if you don't show these high status symbols in your videos

you'll somehow fraud but of course the shoes on the other foot now isn't it

because now I've got my Chanel my Hermes and my Instagram boyfriend to prove what an

amazing success I am 43% of my viewers are from America and over there medicine

is not an undergraduate degree it's a postgraduate degree meaning you have to

do a degree first like biochemical Sciences or something like that

and then you can go on to become a doctor or a dentist well it's not the

same here guys medicine and dentistry in the UK are undergraduate degrees and

look I have the diplomas to prove it University of Newcastle upon Tyne Cera

carries Tonks was admitted to the degree of Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2005

kaboom so I was 23 when I graduated as a dentist long time ago now and I work for

a dentist as a few years during that time I took the membership of the

Faculty of Dental Surgery which is a postgraduate qualification over here um

I actually lost my diploma because it's like a funny size and it's like weirdly

rolled up and I think I just lost it in a house move anyway here's my

confirmation letter saying that that actually happened I then spent some

years in maxillofacial surgery the u.s. system is very different from the UK

system over here you have to have a degree in both medicine and dentistry in

order to advance up the career scale however in the US and in some of the

countries it's dental only so that's why I went back to medical school and I went

back to med school in 2009 now I was in quite a fortunate position my degree was

shortened from the usual five years to three years because the first two years

are the same as dentistry so in some cases and there are a handful of places

in the country which will allow you to do that at the time when I did that I

think I was one of four at this university and there were maybe two in

the north and two others in a Southern University as well so not many of us so

even over here when I say that I did my medical degree in three years I get

funny looks during that time I took a year off and I did a master's degree in

clinical and experimental medicine at UCL which is also in London so that was

2010 and this was kind of about how to design

drug trials and basically be a good foundation if one wanted to go on to do

a PhD which I'm sure at one point I will also during that time I took a

postgraduate certificate in advanced aesthetic dentistry that was 2012 that's

also at UCL I hesitated to put this in um

because I don't know I don't really do any dentistry at all and I haven't done

any for years but I thought why not you know I did it why not so in 2013 I was

fortunate enough to graduate from Queen Mary and Westfield University of London

and this is my medical degree this is where all the action is guys this is the

medical degree that's where you all want to see right there we are signed by the

vice-chancellor and the principal themselves definitely

no forging this and then after that that's when I started doing my work as a

doctor and at the same time I took a diploma in cosmetic science and this is

from the Society of cosmetic scientists now if you're not familiar with

postgraduate education a diploma is it's got the same foundation as a master's

degree except you don't do the thesis at the end and this one is basically all

about skincare science so when someone says to me oh why do you think that

you're not a dermatologist it really piss me off and it paid me off so much

that I decided to go back to Cardiff University and do a diploma in practical

dermatology there we are one was that 2016 and for the Eagle Eye

amongst you you will see that it is written in Welsh down there and it must

be real there's a hologram on there and everything look at that that's quality

something else that was mentioned in the comment section was oh no one cares

about your opinion well be you're wrong because this year I was profiled in

cosmopolitan UK magazine

and also had a big piece in The Saturday Times Magazine I've appeared on TV three

times

as well as getting some kind mentions in a bunch of other publications such as

the Daily Mail Grazia and vogue so yeah turns out that people do care amazing

another often asked question is how come you've been injecting so long if you

became a doctor in 2013 well it's because over here dentists can inject as

well and that's when I started so I took my first ever training course back in

2008 and you might not know but there isn't much regulation around who can and

can't inject and what kind of training they have so back in 2008 I just started

there and I would do evenings and weekends work particularly when I was

back at medical school and that's how I got myself through University I've been

injecting full time now since 2015 and it's now 2019 so I have picked up quite

a few tips and tricks along the way as you can imagine I'm sure you don't know

that much about the regulation around cosmetic injectables in the UK but you

don't actually have to be a healthcare professional to do it anybody can do it

your hairdresser your plumber your Builder literally anybody can inject

dermal filler and botulinum toxin so it's kind of unusual to have a doctor

doing it full-time I will give you that nevertheless that is what I do so if

you're getting confused by my lack of obvious data symbols like a stethoscope

or glasses well the joke's on you because I had my eyes lasered a couple

of years ago and it was brilliant I've got some really exciting stuff coming up

for 2019 so I'm having a friend joining me doctor Kishan he's a doctor and a

dentist like me and he also has an undergrad degree in pathology I'm

starting my second master's degree at the University of George Washington in

integrative medicine and I'm really just looking forward to seeing where YouTube

is going can't wait I'm changing the way that the Friday videos will be filmed

not yet we still have a bit of a backlog there so maybe towards perhaps April May

time you might see an exciting difference in those and you definitely

going to be seeing much more of myself and dr. Kishen in 2019 I hope you

Chelsea transfer news: Christian Pulisic had lost his place in the Dortmund team to Jadon Sancho - Duration: 8:49.

Christian Pulisic's days at Borussia Dortmund have long seemed to be numbered, and never more than on the 24th October last year

After a muted performance on the right wing against Atletico Madrid, Pulisic was substituted off with his side commanding a comfortable 2-0 lead

His replacement, Jadon Sancho, did more in 11 minutes than Pulisic had managed in 79, and by full-time it was 4-0

A good night had turned into a special night.For young players such as Pulisic and Sancho, the line between good and special can be difficult to pin down

It can be crossed both ways, as hype and pressure take their toll and thrilling youngsters turn into established players

Pulisic, once Dortmund's most exciting talent, is now overshadowed by Sancho, whose meteoric rise has been one of the most special stories in European football this year

For that reason alone, news that Pulisic will make a long-mooted transfer to Chelsea next summer is probably good news for all involved

Chelsea will acquire a fine footballer who has the potential to become a devastating attacking force

Borussia Dortmund pick up a sizeable transfer fee but, by loaning Pulisic back until the end of the season, do not have to weaken their squad as they prepare to make an assault on the Bundesliga title this spring

Finally, Pulisic himself can break free of a frustrating situation at Dortmund and realise a long-held dream of playing in England

'It was always Christian's dream to play in the Premier League, and as a result we weren't able to renew his contract,' said Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc on Wednesday

'Christian is a player with a flawless character and I am sure that he will give everything in the coming months

' The move has been on the cards since the summer, and had only become more likely as Pulisic struggled to break into the first team under new Dortmund coach Lucien Favre

The American international has made only five starts this season, as Sancho has taken his place in an almost like-for-like swap

Like Sancho, Pulisic is an explosive winger, a superb dribbler of the ball and an intelligent assist-provider

Chelsea, should they find a place for him, will be confident of getting value for the £58m they have agreed to pay for him

It is a fee which makes Pulisic the second most lucrative sale in Dortmund's history

Yet unlike Ousmane Dembele, whose value was grossly inflated by Neymar's transfer to PSG, the large price tag feels like less of a gamble with the American

Indeed, it is sometimes easy to forget that Pulisic is just 20 years old.In just over three years at Dortmund, he has picked up half a career's worth of experience, getting to know dizzying highs and crushing lows

Since his Bundesliga debut back in 2015, he has become arguably the biggest US superstar in football and gone through something of a rollercoaster for Dortmund

A bit part player in his first year, Pulisic made his breakthrough in Thomas Tuchel's second season in charge of Dortmund, playing in 42 of his side's 50 games in all competitions

'I couldn't have imagined playing this much at the start of the season,' he told the Guardian at the end of that season, and gushed about the support he had received from Tuchel

Alongside others such as Julian Weigl, Tuchel threw Pulisic into the deep end and demanded that he play beyond his years

So long as you were good enough, you played, ran the Tuchel mantra.After Tuchel's acrimonious departure that summer, Pulisic was one of the few players who voiced gentle criticism of the club, saying that the coach's dismissal had been 'hard'

Yet his experience under Tuchel would serve him well the following year, as Dortmund plunged into crisis and Pulisic was called upon to lead

With bad result following bad result and injuries to key senior players such as Marco Reus, Pulisic was often one of the few players who delivered for Dortmund in a torrid season

At that time, he seemed more than 18 months older than the newly arrived Sancho.While Dortmund were at pains to protect Sancho from media attention, Pulisic was often put forward to face the media after a defeat

He appeared to be 19 going on 30.In perhaps the biggest irony of his young career, though, Pulisic's leadership also saw him help integrate Sancho into the Dortmund dressing room

The Englishman has often admitted that he looked up to the American, yet it also didn't take long for him to knock Pulisic out of the starting line-up

With Marco Reus generally occupying one wing, there is simply no space for both Sancho and Pulisic to play in their preferred positions, and it is Sancho who has been the better player this season

That reality has only become more stark in recent months, and it is hard to begrudge Pulisic a desire to move away

One is left to hope that the American who so often played beyond his years for Dortmund can do the same at Stamford Bridge, and develop his talent ever further

It may not have been the most memorable year for Christian Pulisic, but with a new challenge - and possibly a Bundesliga winner's medal - a glistening career remains possible

One week after couple adopts triplets their doctor gives them this incredible news

Life can and will throw you a curveball many times throughout your lifetime

This is particularly true in the case of Sarah and Andy a couple from Tulsa, Oklahoma

Who were desperately trying to be parents?

After years of unsuccessful attempts at trying the justice family decided that it was time. They considered adoption

However, much like their three long years of waiting to conceive the adoption process would be just as long and frustrating

However, the couple persevered and they were given the chance to adopt not one baby, but three

However, once they adopted the triplets something unbelievable and miraculous happened soon after

Sarah and Andy had been married for three years and while they enjoyed their life together

They felt as though something was missing

The one thing they truly wanted was children of their own it certainly wasn't for lack of trying

It was just that they weren't having the best of luck

However, after three years of waiting it seemed as though they'd have to ask for a third party for help

So Sarah and Andy decided that it was time to ask for the advice of fertility experts in

2014 the couple traveled from their comfortable home in Tulsa, Oklahoma

To st. Louis, Missouri to seek out the help of a fertility specialist

The justices had driven six hours and when they arrived all they received was more bad news

The specialist told the frustrated couple that while the pair were perfect candidates for in vitro fertilization treatment

There was still only a 10% chance that they could become pregnant

The process was also more invasive than they were prepared to deal with more than that. The entire process wasn't exactly a cheap one

As it turns out the in-vitro fertilization process cost a lot of money

It would cost the justices between thirty and sixty thousand dollars

So between the very expensive cost and the low percentage that it could actually occur

The couple decided that it wasn't the right path for them. So the couple decided to move on to the next step adoption

Even though adoption had some difficulties as well

It seemed like the next best option for instance

The process of adoption can take years to finalize and the justices were more interested in adopting newborn babies

Regardless they were willing to do whatever possible in order to get a good outcome

they began with a series of interviews as

Part of the adoption process Sarah and Andy had to be interviewed by prospective birth mothers

To help determine if they'd be fitting parents for their child while the interviews were cordial and successful

They were extremely tiring and stressful for the Justus family

unfortunately for the couple their struggle to build their family wasn't over in the slightest the

Justices had finally been accepted as adoptive parents on two separate occasions following the interviews in both cases

The birth mothers ended up changing their minds at the last second and decided not to follow through it

So just when it seemed like things would go smoothly. They had to begin the process all over again

However, they weren't about to give up so easily

When the couple was at their lowest, they received a call that would change their lives

One of the expectant mothers had accepted them as parents

So they met with her again and they even went with her to an ultrasound appointment

During the scan everything seemed perfectly normal, but there was one surprise that nobody in the room could expect the woman was having triplets

Rather than just try and renegotiate the agreement the justices decided to just move forward with the entire adoption and adopt all three children

The papers were signed and Sarah and Andy were about to become the proud parents of three beautiful newborn babies something they weren't exactly

prepared for

The situation actually ended up suiting the couple perfectly they planned on having more than one child

But they were dreading on going through the adoption process a second time. It seemed they had the perfect situation

Three children all at once they were ready to meet their newborn triplets

The babies Hannah Joel and Elizabeth were born in May of 2013

Life then threw another curveball at the family when the triplets were born eight weeks early

the tiny babies weighed only three pounds each which meant they had to be kept in neonatal intensive care for

quite a while before they could go home with their parents a

Week after the baby's premature birth

Sarah Justus decided go to a doctor's appointment one day as normal the stress of the entire situation have been affecting her health

And she wanted to make sure she was in top shape by the time her triplets came home

When the doctor came in he gave Sara the most unbelievable news, Sara wasn't sick at all. She was pregnant

It was a miracle and not only was she just pregnant but she was also having twins

Fate is a very odd thing and so his life

While this amazing and highly unlikely occurrence would have felt like awful timing to many people

The justices were absolutely thrilled the irony of the situation. Absolutely

Amused them and they weren't prepared for the difficulty that would come with raising five children all under a year old

However, emotionally Sara and Andy were more than prepared

They were shocked, of course who wouldn't be?

but they had been longing for a family of their own for so long that they couldn't help but feel the situation was quite a

blessing

Soon they had welcomed their biological twins, Andrew and Abigail into their home as well

Life with five kids was sure going to be a big adjustment

Of course

The situation wouldn't be an easy one with five hungry kids the couple didn't really sleep much during the first few months

Luckily Sara had the help from their wonderful community and their family

friends neighbors

Members of their parish and many other members of the community all pitched in to help the family and the new parents of five

Members of Tulsa's Eastland Baptist Church began to send over food for the family as well

They'd sent cooked meals frozen dinner and baby formula

Their friends from the church even offered to help watch the five justice babies while the couple was away at work

And it wasn't just food that their family gave them Tulsa donated diapers bottles blankets and clothing to the Justice family

These supplies were sorely needed the five infants ended up going through 300 diapers and 84 bottles every week

Since it was such a huge task to get the kids from place to place the justices had to buy a bigger van

Sarah and Andy had a little bit of a tough time telling the babies apart at first

Even though there was an age difference. So to fix this they came up with a system to tell them apart

The boys were easy, but for their older daughters Hannah and Elizabeth, the parents used different coloured toenail polish

the justices soon became internet celebrities

The story of the justices ordeal immediately went viral and in the three years that passed since the justices became parents

They gained a very large following on social media the world was constantly watching and looking at their great photos and updates about the kids

The couple who had thought they'd never be parents even welcomed a sixth child in January as of 2016

Even though their life is incredibly hectic the justices say that they wouldn't change it for the world

Their lives have become all about the children, but they feel like it's a good thing

Sarah said it was something we wanted so badly that we loved it. We just really love having these children

Christian Pulisic was the subject of an unsuccessful £11m bid from Liverpool in Jurgen Klopp's first summer at the club, back in 2016

So the news that the American attacker has completed a move to Chelsea for the start of next season might well be seen as a blow to the Reds manager

But it isn't being seen like that at Anfield.Klopp was still addressing the prospect of signing the 20-year-old from Borussia Dortmund in the summer, especially after he scored two goals in Dortmund's 3-1 win over the Reds at the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte in a pre-season friendly

I like Christian, I've known him since he was a kid, said Klopp after that game, via Sky News

He's still not really old, he's a fantastic player, and it's deserved people think highly of him in America

In Germany, it's the same.If he wants to play in England or whatever one day then for sure he has the chance to do so but he's at a really good club for his development at this moment

Shaqiri has scored six goals in 15 Liverpool Premier League appearances thus far, including a vital brace in a 3-1 win over Manchester United

That is an impressive record given that the Swiss hasn't often played 90 minutes, and indeed it is his willingness to perform his role as a squad player which has endeared him to the club and fans

And when you consider that Pulisic - although much younger - has just 15 strikes in 115 Dortmund games, then it would be a hard sell to fans to replace one attacking option with the other

Klopp seemed to leave the way clear for Chelsea to sign Pulisic, largely because they wanted him more

Chelsea transfer news: The Blues 'ACCEPT' £18m Wolves bid for Aston Villa star Tammy Abraham - Duration: 3:46.

CHELSEA have reportedly accepted an £18m bid from Wolves for striker Tammy Abraham.

The talented forward is currently on loan at Aston Villa but is now set to seal a permanent transfer to Wolves.

Abraham joined the club in the summer on a season-long deal when Steve Bruce was still in charge.

But he's now set to cause a major headache for his replacement Dean Smith by leaving this month.

Abraham has bagged 16 goals in 20 appearances for promotion-chasing Aston Villa, and his departure will leave a gaping hole in their attack.

The Sun claim his request to return to Chelsea to join a Premier League club has now been granted.

And it's Wolves who have beaten off competition from the likes of Brighton, Bournemouth, Huddersfield and Fulham to his signature.

The report claims Wolves are yet to agree personal terms with Abraham but hope to discuss a move before the weekend.

It's a huge statement of intent from Nuno Espirito Santo's side, who were only promoted in the summer, but have impressed in the first half of the campaign and sit eighth in the Premier League.

Abraham is a product of Chelsea's youth academy but has failed to make the grade at Stamford Bridge.

The 21-year-old has just two league appearances to his name having spent time on loan at Bristol City, Swansea and Villa.

News of Abraham's impending departure will come as a huge blow to Villa, with Smith's side 10th in the Championship, five points outside the play-off spots.

Abraham's brace against QPR on Tuesday night puts him joint top of the league's scoring charts alongside Sheffield United's Billy Sharp.

His current contract with the Blues was due to expire at the end of the season.

News of Abraham's time in west London seemingly coming to an end follows the arrival of Borussia Dortmund ace Christian Pulisic - who will complete his move in the summer.
