 Chelsea look set to face Burnley without star man Eden Hazard at Turf Moor this afternoon

 The Blues' main man has struggled with a back injury all week and was rested for the game against BATE Borisov

 Hazard's absence was thought to be precautionary but he missed training on Friday and that has is the strongest sign so far to suggest he will miss out

 Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri will give Hazard every chance to prove his fitness and could earn a place on the bench, but he may not be risked from the start

 In the absence of Hazard, Ross Barkley could come into the line up in a more advanced position than usual

 The midfield trio of N'Golo Kante, Jorginho and Mateo Kovacic looks unbreakable, yet Barkley is in good form and could be deployed in a forward role

 He would be likely to tuck in narrower than Hazard on the left, with Willian on the right flank

 The alternative would involve Pedro being deployed instead of Barkley, though his form has been patchy lately

 Ruben Loftus-Cheek bagged a hat-trick on Thursday night but is not expected to start for the Blues

 Olivier Giroud started against BATE and is therefore expected to drop to the bench in favour of Alvaro Morata
