I am Manitra Andriamitondra, and I am the CEO of NIVO Ltd.,

a Malagasy company which produces dishwashing liquids under the brand Nickel.

I studied computer science.

I worked in this field for 12 years.

Two years ago, I joined this Malagasy company, to try to make things better

and moreover going back to my homeland. I was eager to

contribute, even a little to this wonderful country, Madagascar.

It was done little by little. It is true that

I am a computer scientist. Though, at a time in my career

I wanted to go back to Madagascar.

Madagascar is a wonderful country.

However, from where I was it felt like

the country needed some change and improvement

in the way of doing things, and I thought that I had

to contribute

And I decided to go back to Madagascar with my family.

Why the production of dishwashing liquids in Madagascar ? Simply because

it's a family business my mother created 17 years ago,

Today it has become a profitable business, and an excellent opportunity for me

to show my capacity to get out of my comfort zone.
