A lot of "Hunters" have been asking me for the Pepsi Cards...

I´m not an expert on them but I appreciate them because it was a Mexican promotion.

The holograms and the prisms are the most sought-after cards...

We can see Carnage, Cyclopes, Iron Man...

We are just starting but it seems it will be an awesome day!

This beauty has its history!!!

This machine was from my grandfather...

It was built in 1952 and it´s a replica that my grandpa did.

The original piece is in Madrid, Spain and has more than 200 years old!

My grandfather used to have a Spanish friend who worked sharpening knives over there...

One day my grandpa told him if he could bring a picture of his machine so he could replicate it here in Mexico.

The wheel was from an English man who left it in Spain...

So the blacksmith thought it would be great to make the machine with it.

My father did 7 copies of this machine for his brothers who are my uncles.

My father and uncles passed away but I still do this job, it´s a family business.

My name is Jose Juan Cortes Salinas...

I´m the knife sharpener of the neighborhood!

I can see that you already pimped your machine dude!

The new generations always tell me that it´s very trendy...

But they don´t know that this machine has a long history.

The story behind it is awesome!

The truth is that a good knife sharpener can do the job in any grinder...

This is a job is very cool because it will never end everyone needs to sharpen their knives.

That one is a laser disk...

It´s common to find these kinds of disks among the LPs... They were like the DVDs of that era, right?

That´s right, it´s the predecessor of the DVD.

These disks have the size of an LP.

It was a very expensive technology. I remember that only wealthy people could afford to buy them.

Let me see those color LPs!!! I love those kinds of disks.

I have been keeping these ones to sell them to a client...

And they are sought-after just for the color it doesn't matter the content, right?

Uff... This is an LP that talks a lot about an era... Chico Che (famous Mexican musician from the 70s and 80s).

He is part of the pop culture!

I only collect "The Beatles" LPs and some from soundtracks such as "The Orange Clockwork"...

"2001: A Space Odyssey"... And of course Michael Jackson!!!

In the late 70s, my dad had an LP store and I worked there from 1979 to 1995...

It was a little store in a market!

So we had a lot of music influence since we were kids.

It was a luxury to buy LPs in those days...

We were not wealthy but we had the opportunity to have many of them.

It´s very cool that you can still preserve the legacy of your father and that you treasure this job.

I lived the disco music from the 80s it was awesome.

This LP is very rare because it's a multisided record!

It means that the "B" side is included in the "A" side.

So when you play the record you can have 2 songs on the same side!

I want to give it to you as a present to let you hear it and enjoy it!

I want to send greetings for all the "Hunters" that collect Simpson objects!

Sometimes when I hunt for toys I find a lot of the same toy line so when I´m in the middle of the stalls ...

I start thinking that maybe if I would have bought the first I saw...

Now I could have almost half of the collection.

That´s common... Some clients want a figure but when they come back that figure is gone!

So they regret not buying it before!
