When you travel to Cali or to Popayán,

you pass through the city of Ibagué.

Ibagué is an intermediate city,

but for our Polish reality, it is quite a metropolis -

- it has 500 000 citizens!

Located on the altitude of 1.200 meters above the sea level,

Ibagué has a fantastic climate -

climate of eternal June

and 25°C all year long!!!

Ibagué was funded in 1550,

so it is one of the oldest cities in Latin America.

3 things to remember about Ibagué:

1. You can try one of the best Colombian coffees from the Planadas region,

which wins more and more specialty coffee contests.

2. it is homeland to the Colombian dish -

Tamales Tolimenses -

made of mashed chickpea, bacon and chicken,

wrapped in a banana leaves,

and Lechona, roasted pork.

3. It is the Colombian Capital of Music.

Music is omnipresent in Ibagué.

You find here the biggest music conservatory in Colombia,

Also, music festivals are organized;

one of them is the Folk Music Festival.

Everywhere in the city you can find sculptures ad figures about music,

and everywhere you find musicians,

who make spontaneous concerts even on the streets.

It is best to come here in June,

to the Folk Music Festival.

You can participate in parades from al Tolima departament,

in gastronomic show,

with Tamales Tolimenses and with Lechona,

and of course the Miss Tolima contest,

when the most beautiful girl from this region is chosen.

You can go the Orchideario.

In Ibagué, on the altitude of 1.200 meters above the sea level,

orchids grow as quickly as mushrooms after a strong rain :)

and in the Orchideario you can find 200 species

from total 4200 species of orchids that grow in Colombia.

I highly recommend it!

Ibagué is historically rich in gold and silver mines

and today it is one of fastest growing cities in Colombia.

Los Mochis, Sinaloa.- Ante un nutrido número de cabalgateros reunidos en la víspera de los festejos por el 85 aniversario del ejido Mochis, el candidato a diputado federal por el Distrito 02 en Ahome, Zenén Xóchihua Enciso, fue enfático al señalar que quienes integran la coalición "Por México al Frente" tienen como meta bien definida la construcción de un mejor país e igualmente un Municipio de Ahome realmente fortalecido

El candidato a diputado federal aseguró que quienes representan a la coalición PAN, PAS, PRD y MC son personas "que se comprometen, que les gusta trabajar

En los hechos han dado resultados porque se preocupan y ocupan de las necesidades de su gente"

Xóchihua Enciso invitó a sus amigos cabalgateros a multiplicarse, a sumar más simpatizantes para llegar completamente fortalecidos el primero de julio, cuando se realicen las elecciones en todo el país

Dijo no tener la menor duda en que se habrá de alzar con un triunfo inobjetable, contundente, con el apoyo irrestricto de la ciudadanía que ha prometido emitir el sufragio a su favor ya que lo consideran como la mejor carta que tiene Ahome para ser representado como municipio en el Congreso de la Unión

Después del acercamiento con los jinetes, se realizó un recorrido por las calles del ejido Mochis

El candidato lo hizo pie tierra, saludando de mano a los vecinos, que le abrieron las puertas de sus casas y le expusieron inquietudes, así como problemáticas sociales, pidiéndole su intervención cuando funja como legislador, para que se le de la solución que todos anhelan y mejorar sus condiciones de vida

"NO NOS ESPANTA NI EL DIABLO" Nicolás Verdugo Leal "Chito Malcriado", líder de los cabalgateros del ejido Mochis, se encargó de dar la bienvenida a Zenén Xóchihua y compañeros de fórmula

"Bienvenidos los candidatos. Aquí pura gente de batalla… no nos espanta ni el diablo", fueron sus primeras palabras

"Toda esta gente está con usted, con Marysol, Yamuni, Lacho… Aquí es su casa", expresó

Zenén Xóchihua estuvo acompañado de Cuén Ojeda, Miguel Ángel Camacho, Marisol Morales y Juan Pablo Yamuni candidatos a Senador, alcalde y diputados locales, respectivamente, por la coalición "Por México y Sinaloa al Frente"
