you

Kandice do you remember in our QH classes that I would talk about how some

ideas can bend our minds like a pretzel trying to fully explain the event is

like a bit like following the twists and turns of an intricate pretzel on one

level yes it is very easy and simple and even beautiful to describe these more

simplistic descriptions talk about the waves of energies the colors and the

feelings humans will experience on other levels the information becomes more

complex and your understanding less possible because of your 3d perspective

despite your intense desire to know details and timing those things are in

flux and they are in flux for individuals as well as humanity as a

whole and they will remain in flux probably for quite some time please

understand that for some not many mind you but for some the new earth really is

and has been here for a while this is not the experience of most and it is not

a universal reality meaning just because the new earth is real and experienced by

one does not at all mean that it is or even can be experienced by the person

standing right next to them you are dreaming the new earth into

existence along with the physical and energetic energies that are coming in

from the Great Central Sun and the Sun that is altering material form your

excitement and your open hearts are a part a necessary part for this shift to

occur sharing these session stories and dreams and hopes and desires are

components of the shift itself yes you can feel and some can even see these

waves as they are coming in right now and increasing in intensity and it is

absolutely possible and within the range and field of probabilities that a

visible rolling color-filled wave can arrive while you and your neighbors

witness it wash over your planet in an undeniable planetary change is

absolutely within reach that this kind of experience is in your field of

probabilities is cause for celebration that humanity has come to this point in

its awakening is big news indeed what will happen when it will happen and how

it will happen and for whom it will happen is going to be different for each

and every single being on the planet Candace

BREAKING NEWS: FEDS DROP NUKE ON CLINTONS – THIS IS IT!

The Clintons just got some terrible news when a federal judge ordered the unsealing of documents

from then-Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr's two-decade old probe that led to Bill Clinton

being impeached.

Fox News reported that the order was granted on Monday by Chief Judge Beryl A. Howell of

the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in response to a Freedom of Information

Act request from CNN.

Last week, CNN journalist Katelyn Polantz had requested that eight sealed matters arising

from Starr's 1998 investigation of Clinton "be unsealed and made public."

Starr's investigation was launched after the suicide of Clinton adviser Vince Foster

and the Clintons' Whitewater real estate deal in Arkansas.

However, it was later expanded to include accusations of sexual misconduct and perjury,

including Clinton's relationship with White House intern Monica Lewinsky.

The request includes testimony from former Clinton aides and advisers Bruce Lindsey,

Sidney Blumenthal, Nancy Hernreich, Lanny Breuer and Terry Lenzner, as well as testimony

from the Secret Service.

It also included a request for other White House documents, in addition to a presidential

subpoena.

CNN's FOIA request suggests the documents could be relevant to procedures for obtaining

testimony in special counsel Robert Mueller's current Russia probe.

Howell wrote that some of the Starr documents "should have been made publicly available."

"Apparently, after issuance of the Starr Report, no specific direction was provided

to the Clerk's Office as to which documents included in the Starr Report were to be disclosed,

and the Clerk's Office rightfully carefully maintains the confidentiality of sealed matters

unless expressly directed to unseal records," Howell said.

What do you think about this?

Transfer News LIVE updates: Real Madrid raid Barcelona, Liverpool, Man Utd, Chelsea latest - Duration: 7:48.

Transfer News LIVE updates: Real Madrid raid Barcelona, Liverpool, Man Utd, Chelsea latest

1.50pm: Alex Sandro has emerged as Jose Mourinho's No.1 target to replace Luke Shaw as Manchester United's left-back.

And the Red Devils boss is prepared to sacrifice interest in the likes of Danny Rose and Kieran Tierney to land the Juventus player.

According to the Manchester Evening News, 27-year-old Brazil international Sandro is the first choice for Mourinho.

It is said interest in Tottenham and England defender Rose has cooled, meanwhile, young Celtic talent Tierney is unlikely to end up at Old Trafford.

Mourinho is prepared to let the Scotland international join another Premier League club, with Bournemouth and Liverpool also keen.

1.20pm: Liverpool legend Mark Lawrenson expects Mohamed Salah to stay at Anfield amid speculation from Real Madrid.

"Unfortunately, there's been a history of player sales and that's just how the football club is – but I really don't see it at all," Lawrenson told the Daily Express.

"He loves playing for Jurgen Klopp, he loves his team-mates and he gets the whole Liverpool thing.

"He'll already be on big money.

Unless Real Madrid say they'll treble his wages I don't think he'll go, but I suppose you never really know." 12.40pm: Eric Bailly fears for his Manchester United future after being frozen out in recent matches by Jose Mourinho.

The centre-half, who has been a first choice at the back since arriving in 2016, is not injured at present.

But Mourinho opted to leave him out again on Sunday for the 2-1 victory over Arsenal, despite Phil Jones being unavailable.

The Mirror say Bailly is unhappy with the current situation and his omission at the weekend raised eyebrows in the United dressing room.

12.10pm: Real Madrid players are reportedly convinced Mohamed Salah will join from Liverpool.

It is added Ronaldo's belief is echoed in the Realdressing room that Salah will sign, however, Liverpool are understood to be sanguine about Salah's future.

1105am: James Rodriguez is open to joining Manchester United, reports in Spain claim.

But, according to , Rodriguez's willingness to move to Old Trafford will irk parent club Real Madrid.

10.25am: David Luiz and Kalidou Koulibaly could swap clubs this summer, according to The Sun.

Napoli are said to see the Chelsea defender as a replacement for Koulibaly should he head to Stamford Bridge.

Luiz has fallen out with Antonio Conte and looks set to leave the Blues at the end of the season for a second time.

And if Newcastle boss Rafa Benitez returns to Napoli to replace in-demand Maurizio Sarri, Luiz will apparently be targeted. .

9.55am:West Ham are ready to spend £30m on Chelsea midfielder Danny Drinkwater.

The Blues ace looks set to leave Stamford Bridge after just one season in west London.

Drinkwater has grown frustrated with his lack of game time since his move from Leicester.

Should the Hammers survive, The Telegraph claim Chelsea's London rivals are prepared to swoop.

8.45am:Samuel Umtiti has emerged as a shock target for Barcelona's arch-rivals Real Madrid.

The defender's future is in question with his contract still not renewed.

And amid his £53m buyout clause, Spanish outlet Don Balon say Real have turned their attention to Umtiti.

President Florentino Perez believes it is a very competitive price and the France international can offer huge quality to Zinedine Zidane's backline.

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho remains interested too, but Real could well raid swoop for the Nou Camp star if Barcelona fail to reach an agreement over fresh terms.

8.10am:Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has revealed Nemanja Matic told him he wanted to leave Chelsea way before arriving at Old Trafford.

The midfielder reunited with his former manager last summer and has proved to be a solid signing.

At United's end of season awards last night, though, Mourinho claimed to    .

7.45am:Liverpool midfielder Emre Can has made a secret visit to Juventus' training centre in Vinovo.

La Gazette hello Sport claim Can spoke with manager Massimiliano Allegri, who has been linked with Arsenal and Chelsea ahead of the summer.

But with Can's contract set to expire at Anfield at the end of the season, Juventus look ready to snap the Germany international up on a free transfer.

It is said Can wanted to visit the club's training facilities before making a final decision over his future.

The Liverpool star is currently sidelined with a back injury and won't feature in tonight's Champions League semi-final second leg away to Roma, although he should be fit in time for the final.

7am: Arsenal are clear frontrunners to land Nabil Fekir from Lyon this summer.

The Gunners are favourites with bookies BetStars to snap up the long-term target.

Arsenal are priced at just 5/4 to sign the playmaker, with Manchester City their biggest threat at 10/1.

A BetStars spokesperson said:  .

BREAKING NEWS MAJOR DACA ANNOUNCEMENT – WHOLE NATION STUNNED - Duration: 18:32.

BREAKING NEWS: MAJOR DACA ANNOUNCEMENT – WHOLE NATION STUNNED

JUST IN: DACA recipients were given some news today that is sure to send them into panic

mode.

The Senate just left hundreds of thousands of "Dreamers" in limbo when it rejected

rival plans that would have spared them from deportation and strengthened the nation's

border security.

Daily Mail reported that with just 17 days left before Barack Obama's precious Deferred

Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program expires, hundreds of thousands of young illegal

immigrants who depend on it are holding their breath.

President Donald Trump was also left defeated on Thursday when a quarter of fellow Republicans

abandoned him on an issue that helped propel him to the White House.

Trump wasn't the only one defeated, as so was a bipartisan group of senators who offered

a compromise that would have shielded the young immigrants and financed Trump's demands

for money to build his border wall, though more gradually than he wants.

Trump immediately blamed Democrats for the stalemate, writing on Twitter that he "[c]annot

believe how BADLY DACA recipients have been treated by the Democrats…totally abandoned!

Republicans are still working hard."

Though eight Republicans joined Democrats in backing that plan, it fell short after

the White House threatened a veto and GOP leaders opposed it.

Four separate proposals were defeated on Friday, showing Congress' steep challenge in striking

a deal on an issue that's proven intractable for years and on which each party's most

fervent supporters refuse to budge.

The outcome of these votes indicates that there may be no permanent solution soon to

help the young immigrants, who were brought to the U.S. as children, despite their sky-high

support in public polling.

"It looks like demagogues on the left and the right win again on immigration," said

South Carolina Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham, who helped craft the bipartisan package.

"The only way forward is for President Trump to grab the reins and lead us to a solution."

Liverpool news: Ronaldo and Real Madrid aces 'convinced' Mohamed Salah will be signed - Duration: 3:15.

Liverpool news: Ronaldo and Real Madrid aces 'convinced' Mohamed Salah will be signed

Reports in Spain suggest Real Madrid are desperate to sign Salah and have made the Liverpool superstar their top target ahead of the summer transfer window.

According to Don Balon, who are renowned for making outlandish transfer claims, Bernabeu bosses have told Cristiano Ronaldo of their plan to sign the Egyptian.

The Spanish publication claim Ronaldo has given the potential signing his blessing and club president Florentino Perez will now go all out to land a deal.

The Portuguese superstar is reportedly confident in Perez's powers of persuasion and is sure Salah will be his new team-mate.

Don Balon say Ronaldo's belief is echoed in the Real Madrid dressing room and that Salah will sign.

However, Liverpool are understood to be sanguine about Salah's future.

Jurgen Klopp has publicly shot down speculation the 25-year-old could leave after one year at Anfield.

"It's not a situation I would even think about it," he said last month.

"Around nine months ago he came in to make the next step in his career – and he did it.

"To come to Liverpool, he had different options and he wanted to come here.

If we now always start talking after a year and is it: 'will he leave?' or whatever then I don't think about.

"It was in the German interview and he asked me pretty much the same question.

Yes, I'm confident.

I don't think, I know he will be here.

That's all." Salah has fired 43 goals for Liverpool and capped off a brilliant return to English football by being named the PFA Player of the Year.

The 25-year-old is under contract until the summer of 2022 and Anfield chiefs are set to reward him with a double-your-money deal.

Home Buyers Won't Be Stopped By Bad Weather - Today's Mortgage News - Duration: 3:03.

Spitting out lyrics, homey I'm witchya.

I'm Dan on your inside team at Growella.

It's Wednesday, May 2, 2018.

Welcome to today's Mortgage Minute-and-a-Half.

Without a doubt, my favorite Robin Williams movie is Mrs. Fire.

And my favorite line about housing is that all of real estate is local.

Because what's true for one street in a city won't be true for another.

Every home -- all eighty million in the U.S. of them -- are different in some way and valued

differently because of it.

When we talk about homes we ask: How many bedrooms.

How many bathrooms.

How much square footage.

What type of construction.

How close to the corner.

How close to public services.

Everything makes a difference in how a home is valued which is why recent data showing

the value of homes up seven-point-two percent over the last year nationwide is interesting,

even if it's not altogether useful to actual buyers and sellers of homes.

And it becomes clear where national real estate data like this falls short once we start breaking

down country down into smaller geographic regions.

What's true with homes on the left coast isn't what's true in New England, or the South,

and the midwest has its own thing going on.

And this break-out only gets more distinct the more we zoom in on it.

On a state level, each city and then deeper into each neighborhood -- everything is valued

as its own unit.

And that brings us back to the original idea that real estate is defined one house at a

house.

National data is great for economists and makers of policy, but for buyers and sellers

like me and you, it's local data matters most.

So don't get your news from the headlines.

Get with a local pro who can help you make a better local decision.

Mortgage rates are up today, which is tough for buyers of homes and households looking

to refinance.

Rates for conforming, FHA, VA USDA, and jumbo loans are higher as compared to earlier in

the week but the rate you're quoted by a lender will vary based on about a dozen factors including

your loan size, your credit score, and where you live.

And remember to talk to two or more lenders before locking in a rate.

It's statistically proven to save you money on your loan.

So get on it and get a second quote, or a third, or a fourth and find your preferred

combination of rates, fees, and service.

Home buyers are suddenly snapping up new construction.

According to data from the U.S. Census Bureau, the number of newly-built homes going into

contract rose eight percent in March versus a year ago.

Just under seven hundred thousand homes were sold last month on an annualized basis, which

is the second-highest reading for New Home Sales in all of the last ten years.

And, it happened during a month that was massively weather-affected.

A total of four nor'easter storms bludgeoned the northeast, dumping feet of snow and slowing

potential home buyers with heavy flooding, strong winds, and conditions generally not

conducive to going out and shopping for a place.

But people did because when it's time to buy a house, it's time to buy a house.

And the pace of sales picked up, too.

There is now just a five-point-two month supply of new homes for sale which means that all

new homes currently listed for sale will be gone and sold by this October at the latest.

It's a nice turnaround for the new construction that's taken a backseat to home resales so

far this year and with home prices up and mortgage rates rising, some of today's buyers

may be moving up their time frame.

So, talk with a loan officer about getting pre-approved and see how much home you can

afford within your monthly housing budget.

Growella does mortgage news Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of each week and we go live Thursdays

at Noon Eastern, 11 Central.

So, put a like on it and leave us something good in the comments.

And, hey, you know how 6 is afraid of seven because seven eight nine?

Well, I just found out why.

[why] Because it's good nutrition to eat three-squared meals a day.
