Hello

I am Dr. Vladislav Gyebnar and through this rubric I propose us to understand some medical conditions

and to be aware of the risks that may occur if they are not treated in time

The healthy advice, by Dr. Vladislav Gyebnar Plastic, reconstructive and hand surgery

Today we are going to speak about what are the Nerves Conduction Studies

And why are they needed?

The nerves in the human body are genuine biological electrical wires

having the function of conducting the nervous impulse, which is the electric current

So, in order to draw conclusions about the function of the affected nerve

and the exact localization of the disease, nerve conduction studies (NCS) are required

They provide complex details by measuring nerve velocity (NCV), latency and amplitude of the electrical impulse

The measurement of the nerve impulse conduction parameters can also be done by electromyography

Electromyography (EMG) tests the motor response of the muscle at the nerve stimulation that creates muscle contraction

Corroborating all this data, a specialist can draw precise conclusions on the nerve suffering

and on the opportunity of a nerve decompression intervention

and I strongly recommend you to schedule a consultation

See you next time on a new episode of Healthy Advice

A DAY WEARING HANBOK IN KOREA | Let's talk about k-dramas! - Duration: 4:22.

Hello doramaniacs, today I'll bring you on my frist experience wearing a Hanbok!

The traditional korean clothes

The store I went to is called Flowery Hanbok

and is located near Anguk Station, exit 1, orange line

On the first street you see oustide the subway turn right

and walk straight until you see the intersection

there you turn left and walk straight until the end of the street and then turn right

at the end of this street you'll see a sign of the store

and just a few steps away you'll find the entry

The store has a big variety of hanboks

Photo studio and professional makeup and hair artist

The first thing you need to do is put your clothes on the locker they give you

and after you can choose your hanbok

I think this is the winning hanbok, I'll try it on and see how it looks

the next thing is the makeup and then the hair and accesories

They just finished my korean style makeup

Honestly is the first time I try this style so I'm not used to look like this

What do you think? Does the korean makeup style looks good on me?

the staff in the store is very kind and they all speak English

I also hired a professional photoshoot with them

you can see the pictures on my instagram

the link is at the description box

Now I'm ready with my hanbok to go take pictures outside!

Doramaniacs, I'm ready with my hanbok now

and I'm at the Gyeongbokgung, palace

this is the biggest palace here in Seoul

Right now we'll take some pictures with our hanboks

and after we'll go to an other area called Insadong

Let's go!

The entry to all the palaces is free if you enter wearing a hanbok

and is very fun to walk in the palace wearing your hanbok and pretending to be a Joseon Dinasty Princess

Now I'm at Insadong, the area to buy all you traditional korean souvenirs when you come

and here you can also find tea rooms and traditional korean restaurants

So let's go find out what things are here fun to see!

Insadong is the traditional street in Seoul

here you can find handmade souvenirs, tea rooms and delicious traditional korean food

the key to find the best places to eat is going trough the small halls

The food is here! We ordered this spicy pork meat

and it comes with this small dishes called banchans and rice, of course

If you visit Insadong you must go to Ssamziegil mall

Here you can find handmade souvenirs and this popular poop bread

Sounds weird but takes delicious

and inside it has chocolate

You can even find a whole coffee shop with the poop theme

it's weird, fun and very delicious

Another thing you can find in Insadong is the famous Dragon Beard Candy

It is a caramel made into small stripes with nuts inside

It tastes very good and is fun to watch how is made

I had lots of un wearing a Hanbok in this traditional area at Seoul

My name is Tania and all my social media will be at the description box

thank you for watching and see you on the next video, bye!
