Waching daily May 2 2018

Hey guys! How are you all doing? We are here launching our 8-part-video

series Brain U - Q&A, and I want to know what is your question for me?

Please share with us (info in the comments section to make sure your question will reach me)

and I will do my best to answer them all in this first semester of 2018 (during this 8-part-video-series). It

will be my pleasure to address here with you the answers to your questions.

I have a new client (Coachee)

who begun his Coaching process with me a few weeks ago, and he

approached me initially questioning me: " Fernanda - Do you think that

the Coaching process is ideal for my situation? I have

accumulated years and years in this Firm

and I fell a bit stuck now,

it seems like I got used to being in my comfort spot,

and I feel like it is time for me to shake things up.

And my answer is: Yes,

Coaching can be very useful for you and I can be

your guidance in this process, bringing along with the coaching methodology, some

important support coaching tools to help you achieve your goals.

So, If you are watching this video,

and you feel like some kind of fear is striking you,

you perhaps feel stuck right now, we must

look into your limiting beliefs. What is that you truly

believe in, and that perhaps is limiting you as a professional and as a human being?

Do you think that - at the same time - you have some empowering beliefs that help you move forward

and that you may not be paying attention to them? During a Coaching process

we ponder on those issues, we work on our self-discovery, on our self-knowledge,

focusing on developing crucial skills so to attain our goals faster.

We look into: Who am I? And then we look around us...

Imagine: Where do you want to go? & How are you going to move in that direction?

And also: Why you want to do that? Know your Why!

We must be engaged and aligned with our purpose and thus make our coaching process a dedication day by day

fun work around us.

Alongside, I bring innovative and powerful coaching tools to support our work.

On that, we must reflect and engage with our reality:

What needs to be adjusted so to achieve all that I want, all that I dream of?

I use the practice of Ho'oponopono as one of the coaching tools to support my clients in this journey.

Ho'oponopono is a Hawaiian millenarian method of repetition to clean

stagnant memories in our minds, making

use of forgiveness and gratitude practices. It is a powerful

tool in a Coaching process to deal with limiting beliefs and get rid of thoughts that block our progress,

allowing us to move forward to the next level.

It is a practice that I share with my Coachee's especially when we encounter

in the beginning of the coaching

process some limiting beliefs.

Now, it is important for you (who are watching this video) to look into your

own reality and make this connection. What do you think

you could an should adjust in your life-career, so to move forward?

What might be blocking your progress? Look inside, make adjustments in your life...

which might be your limiting beliefs?

To where do you really want to go?

What comes to your mind when I tell you lets work together on yourself/career?

What could we do together to improve

in your journey so that you become better that you were yesterday, or even today?

It does not matter your current situation...

it may be that

you are into a career transition, or maybe into

a growing business path inside of your organization, please remember:

your professional success is directly linked to

keeping a good balance among all the other areas of your life (the so called

work-life adjustment/balance).

And to sum up this 1st video, my reply to my current client was: Are you fully engaged into making it all work?

So - join me into this dynamic process,

with a start, middle and end project,

with the support of an array of coaching tools,

so to achieve steady growth in your life.

Be sure to remember that each one of us has our uniqueness in journey,

timing, and we must respect

the evolutionary moment of each one of us.

And yet - yes - the coaching process is designed to help you move forward

taking you out of your comfort zone and into the growth mindset for the achievement of our goals, being

the best version of yourself. And I send your way a big Kiss, reminding yourself

to send your questions in

so that we may answer them in this

Program Brain U - Q&A (more info in the comments section below). Big kiss!

Bochechas de crochê, feltro e pintadas | Amigurumi Avançado #16 - Duration: 14:11.

CROCHET'S CHEEKS

They're very cool for those who don't like using ink or for very small kids' amigurumis,

because they're very safe.

We'll start our cheek by making a magic ring.

Then, we made the ring.

We fasten it with a stitch and, inside this ring, I'll make six single crochets.

After this, I close the ring.

Now, I'll make one more row only of increases.

I've six single crochets here, I'll make an increase on each stitch and,

at the end, I'll have 12 stitches.

So, I've made the first increase.

I put the marker.

And I'll keep making this

until the end of the row.

I've reached the end of the row, I'll tie it up,

but I won't make that slip stitch that we normally do at the end of the row.

I'll simply pull the line, I already cut it.

And the stitch will look like this.

Now, I'll get this thread tip, that I've cut with leftovers because I'll use it later to sew

the cheek over the cheekbone, and I'll pass it

through a darning needle. I've passed the thread.

I'll get my circle here and I'll count a stitch,

this one here, I've finished it here, I'll count this and I'll skip this stitch

and I'll insert my needle on the next stitch.

Like this.

I pull it carefully

and insert my needle again here, from where the line got out.

This way, the finish will get perfect and my cheek will get pretty round.

Now, we'll sew this cheek over the cheekbone.

Before doing it, I'll pass the line forward, here,

to be able to sew.

Now, I'll put the cheek over the cheekbone here, I'll position it correctly.

And I'll fasten it with a needle.

Notice that I've to keep the proportions and follow this line here, look,

which is the line where the other cheek is. This distance here has to be the same

and here the same thing. Now, we'll start to sew this cheek here.

We'll sew it by making stitches over these stitches here, from the inside.

So, I insert the needle here.

And I'll get out up front.

And I'll go back at the same stitch from where the thread came out.

I insert the needle there again and I get out up front at the next stitch.

Pull it.

I come back here again.

And get out up front.

And I'll do this all around. I've reached the end.

Notice that is important to make the stitches with all the crochet's stitches,

you can't skip any of them. Now, we'll tie up this thread. I'll pick up an embroidered handle,

pass the thread

and pass it through the inside.

Now, you just need to insert the needle here and get out with it ay any point.

Now, we cut the thread.

The cheeks are done.

FELT'S CHEEKS

I'll show you two different ways to secure the cheek's felt.

So, here I've cut felt's disk, a circle,

and I'll secure it on the place I've defined with the needle.

In this first way, I'll use the thread of the embroidery ball,

simple thread, make a know down here,

I'll lift my felt a little bit

and secure the thread down here.

And, now, I'll simply make stitches around this circle.

Like this.

Then, it's just make stitches around the whole circle.

Until the end.

The tip to leave this cheek very pretty, regular,

it's to make the stitches in a straight way, without skewing.

So, I won't make this, inserting my needle here, I'll insert my needle

in a way that the stitch gets straight. Here.

And I try to give a regular space between the stitches.

Look out how it gets straight.

Here.

And I go out there.

And I'll keep on going like this until the end.

When reaching the end, just tie it up.

I like coming here at the start of the first stitch.

Get out with my needle here.

I pass the needle only through the stitch, here, without hitting

the head, without hitting the amigurumi.

And I carefully make a finish. And you just need to hide the line.

Check out how cute this cheek looks.

I'll show now another way of fastening this cheek. Remember that at the time

of positioning your cheeks, you must follow a line.

Look here.

So, you won't get one above the other.

So, now, I've picked up a thread of an embroidery skein as well, that one of six threads.

I've got a single thread, I've made a knot at the tip, I'll come here,

I lift the felt a little bit up and I fast my knot down here.

And I'll start a buttonhole stitch, of embroidery. How is that stitch? The thread is here,

I hold it with my finger,

I insert the needle here

and I get out with it there. Notice that this thread that stayed here

also has to wrap my needle, the needle goes through it.

Then, just pull.

Again, and always keeping the stitches straight as well as the other ones.

I insert the needle,

it goes out with it up front, this thread wraps the needle, it goes below it.

And I pull it. So, the thread is here.

I insert, pull,

pass the thread below it

and pull.

You can use a thicker line, if you want. I like this thinner one because I think it gets

more delicate. So, I'll make this stitch until the end. I've reached the end,

I measure this distance here to insert my needle right in the middle,

so that the stitches get pretty regular. So, I make a last stitch,

I come with my needle at the start here of the first stitch,

I pull and I tie up here the thread.

A simple tie up as well, I've just passed through the ring and I pull.

And I hide my thread.

The cheek will look like this.

The other looks like this.

In this rat, for example, I've made the cheeks with felt.

PAINTED CHEEKS

You'll need a fabric paint, of your preferred brand and color,

this one

is pink tea.

You'll need a brush like this one here.

And a fabric flap. Firstly, you need to wet the brush's tip, just moisten it,

put it under the tap and, then, dry it with a cloth.

Then,

put the ink at the tip of the brush, just at the tip.

Pick your fabric flap up

and, then, start to use the brush's straight.

Without rubbing, just like this

to remove the ink's excess. You'll make this movement here up to the point

that it stops to appear these scratches on the fabric and it just get stain of the ink.

After the brush is ready, you get the head, you'll decide where do you want the painting,

you'll put the brush straight over the surface

and will start to make circular movements always in the same direction and very lightly.

Until the ink gets at the shade that you want, or stronger or weaker.

Always in a circular way and very lightly.

The painting will look like this.

You'll make this movement until the color pleases you,

then, just make it on the other side.

Here I've an example of how a doll's face looks like after the painting.

These cheeks won't get out if you wash the amigurumi because is a fabric paint.

They won't fade as well.

#58 : WOULDYOUREACT at FRANCE2 TV NEWS (Social Exp.) - Duration: 9:41.

Face to dangers and risks, we don't react the same way.

More we're alone, more we feel responsable.

Explications by Anthony Jolly, Valerie Lucas and Frederic Furdemont.

What would I have done in such circumstances ?

Would I have been spectator or actor ?

We already asked these questions to ourselves, in front of a dangerous situation,

like, for example, a fight in subway.

Understand why some people take part to the fight when others keep looking away.

That's the mission that Jonathan Lambinet gave it to him.

Hey but it's us !

Indeed, sometimes ago France 2 established contact with us to make an apparition in their TV journal.

But they wanted us to do something we had already done

so we thought it was maybe the perfect occasion, for us, with this shooting,

to show you the backstage of WYR.

Now you're going to see our social experience that we realized, its new.

And of course, at the end of the video, you're gonna see the complete subject of the TV journal.

That is gonna be interesting for you, it's to see that compared to the same shoot,

the things we kept, everyone from our side, can be two things totally different.

Excuse me, are you from here ?

Not at all!

Actually, I'm looking for an hotel or something like that.

I really can't help you, I'm sorry.

I look at you, I follow you for a certain time....

If you want I go with you !

Do you know where Ibis hotel is ? - Yeah, it's not far away.

Would you like to go with me ? Or you can tell me where it is.

Uh, no, you come with.

No, she wants to go alone so let her do.

She's gonna ask to someone else. You see that she's not feeling comfortable sir!

What do you want me to do ? - It's not about this, it's about respect...

Given that what's happens sometines, we can't know !

Aren't you comfortable with me ? - Actually no.

She doesn't even know you !

You pulled her by her arm, saying "come" ! - Yes, exactly!

It's sad to be mean like that, sir.

But I'm not mean, on the contrary, I want to be really nice with her!

Justly, that's scaring me !

More than that, Ibis hotel isn't here. We don't care, we're gonna ask to someone at the station.

Don't approach, I put my fist in your face if you keep going !

Hey, get away! Get away!

Oh, is that a joke ? - We are actors.

- Would You React ? Oh yeah, I already watched.

- Hey miss, you know you're good ?

- Are you crazy or what ?

Did you see your make up ? How do you talk to me ? Hey are you a whore or what ?

[The two girls walk in direction of policemen]

Do you know each other ? - No.

No ? Don't you have something to do of your day you ? Yes, why ?

So why are you boring miss ?

He was on the verge of being kicked !

He's an actor.

Explain to us just a moment how it happened, how you lived the situation?

It happens to us too when we're alone in town. - Is it a reccurent situation in town ?

I think if I had been alone, I would haven't took part.

When we're two it gives more trust.

I don't want to be punched, it's a little selfish...

I didn't want to be an extern element that will make the thing worst.

When we're going to Anspach boulevard, the number of times that we are being whistled when we wear a skirt...

It became regular. We are looked, whistled and .. we don't say anything!

[There are a social experiment AND a TV news report backstages]

We took time to react ..

We don't know each other, I don't know who you are !

No it's dead, you don't follow me everywhere like that !

Oh come on ! - Hey are you sick or what ?

You don't touch me ! Come oon !

I don't know, I don't know him !

What are you doing ? Why are you touching this girl ?

It's an hidden camera ! You're kidding!

It's normal no ? It's our job!

Did you do the same in the tramway ? - Yeah.

Really good actors ! - Thanks.

Thank you because, given the debriefing, he's gonna break us, it's good to...

I don't know anybody who refuse me!

Step back ! She just told us that she didn't want you came closer from her.

What are your words for her ?

Is she your daughter, your sister ? No, it's just a girl.

Did you see how she's arranged .. Me it makes me feel like... - What how she's arranged ?

But did you see yourself ? You look like nothing, it's about how YOU're arranged dude!

In some cases, there is rape, fight... and we have to react before that.

And are you not scared to be a part of this story and the guy gets mad ?

We are three.

[Fr2 journalist] What are the reason that push you to make videos ?

- The fact that making videos, to show some people who react,

I'm sure its boost some things for persons,

its push them to think:

"Me too, I can be this girl who react!"

[Fr2] He speaks a lot with his hands, we're gonna cut this plan!

[Last try]

We don't know each other! No!

Did you see something strange?

I saw her being annoyed.

What was your reaction about it ?

I didn't react at all.

It's not a problem, but I'd like to know why ?

- I didn't want any problem.

He could attack me too.

Be honest, we try to get things.

Me, I didn't react because I saw the guy was also flexible lets say..

Journalist : but you were living right ?

Actually no, I was just going to the station, but given that I saw the guy was obeying to miss,

I thought "I look at anyway", I was still in observation.

Journalist : she didnt seem in a good posture anyway..

Yeah, but given that the guy wasn't acting yet, so ..

Looking at is that an action or not ? Oh for me, yes, notwithstanding.

Okay, it's interesting.

From the point of view of a gril who's being attacked,

do you think they have the same vision of things ?

Not at all. - It's interesting.

Your answers make us thinking of : who are we in the society ?

So, just for that my friend, I'd like to congrats you.

[ And this is the sequence by Fr2 ]

Surrounded of amateurs videographers and two volunteer comedians,

Jonathan Lambinet is going to try, for us, a new social experiment :

Fake the harassment of a young girl in the street.

We're going to analyze how people, of a general way, react

to, then, bring little solutions because we are certain that people want to react well.

The male actor approach the female comedian with words very raw...

- You know you're good you ?

to provoke people's attention.

It's good, I don't know you. - What you don't know me ?

You don't touch me, it's dead! - Girs like you, I do all week long.

First witnesses are chocked, look at the scene like these two men...

Hey, did you see how you're dressed up ? - So what ?

... then walk away without taking part.

You're just a girl uh - Ah I'm just a girl, yeah..

Situation extends. The actor becomes physically threathening.

This man looks away.

Two other persons observe. Still no reaction.

That's the experts call the "spectator effect".

If there are a lot of witnesses of a situation where the emergency is required,

the probability to take part is gonna be weaker because we are, finally, disempowered.

We have the impression that other persons could take part, that's the spectator effect,

and in that case, we are more inactive, more inhibited.

We retry the experiment later.

Two men walk through like if nothing was happening, despite the furtive acts of the actor.

We ask about his passivity to this witness.

I prefer observe before taking part directly.

Because if the guy has, for example, a knife of something and that we want..

I know stories like that where people wanted to separate and, at the end,

Are the people who take instead the people in front of.

Me, I was in the observation before you know.

People have the impression that when they watch, they help mais not at all!

An extra look is an extra weight for the victim!

I think he led an essential information to try to understand the inactivity of people.

During the three hours of shooting, a lot of people chose to take part.

It's the case of these two women.

Step back, she just told you she didn't want you came closer from her.

What are your words for her right now ?

Is she your sister, your daughter ?

No, it's just a girl. I just feel touched because it's what a girl supports.

Congrats, well played! They are actors.

Actually, his words were really chocking, wow..

It was the ultime cliché of the guy who is rejected and says : nobody rejects me!

And it's in these certain cases there are rapes, fights.. And we have to react before it.

The two women knew be brave, particullary

because they identifiated themselves to the victim.

It's one of others reasons of altruism : the way to help people who look like us.

It's the end of this journal, thanks for followed us. In a moment...
