Welcome to FEBC News

Here are the top stories from our ministry fields around the world.

Prominent Christian Recording Artists Promote FEBC at Concerts

Station Launching To Serve Disaster-Prone Area in the Philippines

Prayer Needed as Persecution Grows for Christians in Pakistan

Listener in Mongolia Becomes Volunteer Broadcaster

Listener Story from Antonina in Moscow

We're excited to announce that FEBC has partnered with several prominent Christian

recording artists who will be telling thousands about the inspiring testimonies and life-changing

stories from our listeners.

The artists include The Nelons, Legacy Five, C.T. Townsend, The Erwins, Selah and more.

In Tacloban, Philippines, an area that has been hit hard by storms and flooding in recent years,

a new radio station is set to launch this month on 97.5 FM.

The station's name in the local language means: The Community's First Response, because

the station will be the first to be on the air in the event of a major disaster, providing

information concerning what areas are safe, and where to find shelter and food.

An urgent appeal for prayer has come to us from our director in Pakistan.

He has told us persecution of Christians in the country continues to grow, as several

high-profile killings have made local believers fear for their lives.

Death threats continue for many Christians working in the ministry in this country and they

desperately need your prayers as they continue to do the Lord's work.

In Mongolia, we recently received a story from a taxi driver, who started to listen

to FEBC while he worked.

Eventually, he felt he couldn't be quiet anymore and became a volunteer broadcaster.

Hear his full story by going to febc.org/news.

We're encouraged every day by the stories we hear from our listeners.

Here's this month's inspiring audio testimony from Antonina in Moscow.

Thank you for watching FEBC news and updates from our ministry fields around the world.

Ashley Young confident of Man Utd title challenge next season | News Now #mufc - Duration: 1:49.

ASHLEY YOUNG says Manchester United have put down a title marker for next season by beating

all of their top-six rivals in the last two months.

Sunday's last-gasp 2-1 victory over Arsenal followed wins over Chelsea, Liverpool and

Manchester City in the Premier League and came a week after the FA Cup semi-final success

over Tottenham.

Young is taking further encouragement from the fact United have come from behind in three

of those five games.

But he admits Jose Mourinho's team need to be more consistent against lower clubs

if they are to challenge neighbours City next season.

United can still total 86 points which would have been enough to win the title in several

Premier League campaigns, but surprise defeats to Huddersfield, Newcastle and West Brom and

draws against Stoke, Burnley, Leicester and Southampton – the last three all consecutively

over the Christmas period – ensured they were unable to keep pace with neighbours City.

But Pablo Zabaleta has warned the rest of the Premier League that City will only get

stronger.

The former City defender witnessed at close quarters the quality of Pep Guardiola's

runaway champions, when they thrashed West Ham 4-1 on Sunday to move closer to setting

new records for points, wins and goals.

And the Argentina defender is sure Guardiola will spend again this summer to strengthen

his squad for a renewed attempt to win the Champions League.
