- I'm a surgery doctor... Organization is a great logistic effort because having three

- different places... I think it's hour to look cannabis as a therapeutic tool.

- I'm Felipe Torres and i study at Santiago's University.

- We've got neuroscience courses where we learn how neurons work with central nervous system,

- but not how cannabinoid system works, specially for therapeutic uses.

- I know a little bit more because i published a few cases for Daya foundation in pediatric patients who's

- required medicinal extracts therapies with cannabinoids showing nice results and it promises a lot.

- It's irrational not to consideer it as a new therapeutic altenative.

- I came to the seminary directly from Daya foundation. I'm happy to be a part of this team

- and to be in this seminary with great personalities... Listening specialists directly is what i was expecting

- from this seminary because you can relax a patient in relation of efficiency and security of this kind of therapy.

- I liked it a lot because audience has a bio medic base and it helps transmiting the results at the lab, and the

- questions that made me reafirm on this idea.

- We're investigating cannabis transversality... Today it was about formation for health specialists... Really

- interesting because i'm working on it. Having all these referents here is like reaching knowledge.

- I'm Pedro Wong, i'm pharmaceutic, i came from Lime, Perú to the most important seminary of latin

- America and here in Chile, they're really advanced on this theme and we're happy to receive classes from the

- same people who produces knowledge... It's unvaluable. This academic ingo is not in our curriculum.

- I think it gives us force to share experiences of legislation in different places

- and it makes the process more rich and it push countries to follow with legislative debates.

- In Araucania we've got the adventage that, like mothers and as a group we've been well received by

- authorities. We've talked with police and investigators, we're waiting for an interview with regional fiscal

- to make concscious about medicinal use of mothers who fight to give a live to their sons.

- In Urugay you have 3 access ways... Autocultivation until 6 plants, member clubs between 15 and 45 members

- and apothekes where you sign with your digital sign and you can retire until 10gr of

- weed per week. Correspondences of international banks that closed little apothekes accounts...

- We're talking about comunitary apothekes... Because they don't accept money from

- marijuana... Even legal and controlled marijuana. They say that it's a

- risk politic... But i think it's a polemic politic that accepts money from narco traffic, but not

- money from legal marijuana. It is being normally sold in Uruguay... Apothekes declare they doesn't care about

- international bank... From the diplomatic point of view we've done necessary consultations... There is a

- situation in USA that changes all the time and demonstrates that it's a bussiness problem more than

- a rights problem and it will be really hard to stop from any administration.
