Smooth out smoker lines, lift and plump up the cheekbones in 3' per day.

Imagine 2 points in the middle of your upper and lower lip,

and open your mouth by drawing a large oval.

Place an index finger on the top of each cheekbone and smile with the corners of lips then release.

Repeat the movement 45 times.

Stretch your lips to cover the teeth.

Push the corners of lips as high and as far as possible.

The index fingers do not move, but are put in motion by zygomatic muscles.

Remember to keep your upper lip stretched on the teeth.

Stretch the corners of the lips toward the ears as far as possible at each movement.

10 movements left :)

Imagine 2 points in the middle of your upper and lower lip

and open your mouth by drawing a large oval.

Direct your gaze to the top of the face.

Blink forcefully with the lower eyelids and push the commissures as high as possible towards the ears.

Count up to 10.

Release and repeat the movement, your lips in contact with the teeth.

Hold on the contraction and count to 10.

Keep the forehead and eyebrows relaxed and focus your attention on the cheekbones swelling.

Release and repeat the movement by blinking firmly with the lower eyelids.

Stretch the corner of lips as far as possible toward the sides of face.

Release and repeat the movement.

Hold on contraction and count up to 10.

Release by blowing between your lips.

Imagine 2 points in the middle of your lips and open the mouth by drawing a large oval.

Cover the teeth with your lips while slightly reducing the diameter of the oval.

Hold on the contraction until you feel a slight feeling of warmth around lips.

Focus your attention on stretching your upper lip both downward and outward the face.

Hold on the contraction for another 25 seconds, let's go!

5 seconds left!

Release by blowing through your lips and redo the movement.

Hold on the contraction by stretching your lips both downward and outward of face.

This time we hold for 30 seconds, let's go!

Focus your attention on stretching your upper lip both downward and outward the face.

15 seconds left!

Stretch your smile towards the ears and your upper lip as far as possible downward of the face.

Another 5 seconds :)

Release by blowing through your lips.
