NAICO pretend to be recognized
at local level, national and international
like a pluricultural Foundation
and interethnic
that keep the unity the wellness and the autonomy
of the 34 Ancestral communities
recognizing and Strengthening the ethnic and culture diversity of the different Ancestral communities.
Some of the projects to benefit the communities. we have:
Get a terrain between 400 and 500 hectares to create a Ancestral Urban Town
a territory for approximate 4.500 aboriginal people
and in this place we pretend to concentrate all our activities
like the execution of the life plans
the build of 1500 aboriginal houses using clean energy and producing food
the build of "La Gran Maloka" for 2 hundred people, the administration offices
the school, from kindergarten until eleven grade.
On agriculture spaces for the growing and processing of vegetables and fruits using automation and technology
we will work the process of pisciculture, Poultry and cattle Raising also manufacturing industry, between others
Get an office where we can concentrate the operation
with the goal to develop the social Subject of Foundation where we need to generate 19 direct employs on the first year of operations
Create graphic and Audiovisual content that support the Work of the foundation
on the different communication media
one of them is create the first TV show in Colombia to highlight the values and the inclusion of the Ancestral communities in the country.
To produce this content we require the equipment and the resources to produce this spaces.
